This has always been my go to place for good deals! I always check here first. The staff is friendly and are always willing to make a deal. Good quality and selection and much cheaper than you can get for retail price. And if there is a problem with your purchase, they will work with you to make sure you're satisfied. Highly recommend! I've been going here for years, and will 100% continue. Keep up the great work!

In all my years of coming here, I can only recall friendly staff and quick service. I grew up in the west end, and remember getting star trek 4, at its old location. The big blue building, right across from Burger Plus.

Not getting the amount that I wish for in the first place but the staffs are nice and friendly so the experience is not bad. I also like the atmosphere. It didn't give me a shabby feeling.

Best pawnshop I ever been to!! Everyone always has a smile on their face and it's never a dull moment. Great deals on movies and games and electronics. A million times better than Pawn Traders!!!

Had a gentleman named Aaron come drop off an iPad 6 cellular/wifi to me. He drove over half an hour to get it to me. At first I was pretty upset thinking something was wrong with it so I kind of gave him the gears(so sorry Aaron, I feel awful about it) but for the price I bought it for.. and him taking time out of his day to deliver it to me..very very much appreciate it. I will definitely recommend this pawn shop. I believe Aaron is the owner.. very understanding and great customer service is top notch. Definitely not a guy that will rip you off and someone who is very reasonable:) cheers!

Very terrible. The staff seems to be very unprofessional. I was wanting to buy a tablet and I guess a regular came in and started a conversation with one of their employees. The regular and the employee started conversing and swearing about some other guy not receiving payment The employee didn't even ask if I wanted to look at any of the tablets or ask if I needed help. Its fine if you want to talk about an everyday thing but seriously, watch your language. It will definitely turn off anyone who wants to spend money in your store.
