I came in with my 3-year old daughter who wanted to buy a flower for Mommy. Emily was so kind and generous to gift my daughter a rose to take home, but also a blue rose for her newborn brother.We ordered bouquets for Mother’s Day and Emily graciously offered many options even with the special day coming up soon. We highly recommend for anyone who wants to support a business that truly cares for customers.

Ordered the fun & festive" birthday bouquet for my friend. She loved it and send me a picture of it.The arrangements were exactly as pictured on the website; bright and colorful. I'm happy they delivered it in the morning too

Beautiful flower bouquet hand delivered in a vase, exactly as pictured on their website. Extremely easy to order online and the note is hand-written! Although delivery fee was a bit expensive, worth it for such great service unlike other online sites. I received a bouquet from here and also sent one both with the same amazing service and quality. Highly, highly recommended for anyone looking to deliver some personalized flowers in the lower mainland!!

I got this amazing graduation bouquet from Metroflowers last week, and I absolutely loved it! When I told the lady there that I wanted a summery vibe, she totally nailed it with her creative design. I was so surprised when I saw the bouquet because it looked super cute and exactly how I wanted it to be. The mix of yellow and orange was just perfect, and the flowers were incredibly fresh. Now I know Metroflowers is my go-to flower shop.

My grieving family went through Metro Floral for sympathy flowers to be delivered in Burnaby. As I was calling from the states I requested to do the transaction on both email and phone. I also asked for an email picture of the flowers and email notification of their delivery. Altogether this involved two phone calls and about four emails. I was in shock and needed a little extra TLC in completing my order. The service was amazingly great and we were thrilled with the flowers. Anita's understanding of the situation and her guidance helped me get it all together. I was sent two pictures of the flowers prior to their delivery. The price was reasonable compared to all other flowers I have ordered in the past five years from other florists. I definitely feel like I got what I paid for - quality arrangement and service.Sincere thanks to Metro Flowers and to Anita specifically for your kindness and excellent service!!!

This place has amazing prices on arrangements, with bouquets at various price levels to suit anyone's budgets. Value is far better here than I've seen at other florists. Staff was friendly, and also knew their flowers well when asked, even if they were working the cash register and not putting together arrangements. Easy mall access too, right across the Bonsor/fire hall mall entrance, just the first shop at walking into that door. Will definitely be back in the future.

Great florist!!! ordered two easel sprays for my mothers grave. sentiments of serenity, & ocean breeze. Both were exquisitely beautiful. I'm going to keep these guys in my back pocket, simplybecause they are AAA1. THKS!!! so very much!!!
