I tried the Papa John's veggie pizza here with 3 toppings, loved it. I ordered and went to pick up and even registered myself at the counter but still they hadn't prepared my pizza even though the app said the pizza was ready for pick up. I had to wait for 15-20 min for my pizza. Service needs a lot of improvement. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

Very rude and disrespectful staff… they need to learn how to welcome and treat customers and other persons coming to store. Very disrespectful environment and had worst experience there. I would never recommend this kind of disgusting environment to anyone.Don’t even think to visit this place otherwise you will stop eating Pizza after the visit

Tried to order through the app and pay cash in store for a single pizza. Was called 5 minutes after placing the order from this location. They requested my address even though it was a pickup order done through the app.Felt a bit weird. However, they informed me after that they don’t do cash pickup orders through the app and I have to come in to the store for them to start the order.I just decided to order at a different papa johns with the same payment method and order and it was done without any issues.The order was placed on June 11th, 2023 around 9:00-10:00pm. I don’t have a full details since it was cancelled.

It's an utterly disappointing outlet. The delivery person doesn't understand the basic instruction to call. It has happened three times already where I have mentioned calling, yet they choose to ignore and ring the bell for some reason. I can't wrap it around my head; how difficult is it to read and understand? Please call.Another basic instruction is square cut; why would someone choose that option only to receive a normal cut?Third, the pizza arrived cold, it's not even winter, and I am paying for cold deliveries. Want to make your experience of fun turn into a nightmare? Please order from this outlet.

They have no customer service skills everytime I come to this location i get bad service I ended up going to the little Caesars across the street definitely won’t ever come to this papa johns location again
