Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. My family & I are fairly new patients to the clinic. None of us have had a good experience. We all agreed that you are made to feel like an Ohip swipe. Previously, I had the same doctor for about 20 years & the doctor had retired. With the shortage of good family doctors I was hoping for better outcome. My family & I are in agreement we will be looking else where.

Why would you tell me you’re going to send a referral through email and then not send it ? Why am I chasing you about this ? And why are you ignoring my calls and emails when I’m inquiring about this ? I was told by dr strat that she will send me a referral by email and to look out for it, and here I am chasing and calling and emailing about it because I haven’t received it . Go on, gang up on me team, gang up on a young patient who came vulnerable to you looking for help . Continue ignoring me because I put a review online . Maybe I should make a TikTok and tag you in it so you can take me seriously .

Its hard to get Family Doctors in Canada, sometimes people don't understand how much pressure they are under. They've done a great job here, my doctor (Dr.Field) is great, attentive and makes time for me based on my need. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr Sandra strat is the worst. Don’t go for her. This clinic, they just want money from you. They manipulate you. It’s fraud .Even when you make appointment you have to wait really long . There are better clinics. Don’t waist your time.

This review has been a very long time coming. Dr. Ravinder Singh Lall has been my family doctor for 2~ years. Besides his cheerful demeanor, he is a compassionate doctor who is understanding & accommodating and patiently listens despite his hectic schedule, and strives to keep the patient's best interests in mind (even though, in hindsight, I may inadvertently have been guilty of asking one too many questions, or unmindful of his busy practice). The front desk team comes across as cheerful and helpful as well - keep up the good work! Vijy, a grateful patient.

Bad management- owner has zero integrity and treats staff and patients horribly - it smells horrible inside- and very very dirty. they mess up your appt times when dr isn’t even there and overbook- avoid this place if you can.

After an initial misunderstanding with citrus medical centre in relation to doctor allocation and being removed from their patient list, I’ve finally met with their doctors. Dr Shah in particular is a very friendly, composed and understanding doctor who made me feel at ease and at no point like I was rushed to see another patient. I truly appreciate her patience and I’m very impressed with the level of care she offers to patients.

I've been seeing Dr Rajabi and she's been nothing but amazing. When I had the intake call, Dr Rajabi inquired about my medical history and immediately scheduled an extensive series of medical procedures to bring my health up to date. When I saw her for a check up I mentioned a minor ailment that other doctors didn't take seriously, and she immediately referred me to a physiotherapist so I got the treatment. I have had several phone appointments too and she's always extremely nice and takes her time to explain things clearly just like she does in person.I only took one star off because when I had to deal with the receptionists for the initial intake call, after a series of back and forth emails I left a phone call asking them to call me back and didn't hear anything, and later on Dr Rajabi said that the receptionist marked in my patient info that they didn't hear back from me. That was a one time thing though and so far my appointment booking experience has been pretty seamless.

The male working in the pharmacy is terrible. He’s rude, condensing, belittles people and tells them a mask costs 1 dollar because masks cost him money. He was rude to the elderly and now has caused negative experiences in the clinic with also losing patients as I won’t be getting anything filled at this pharmacist. Just awful, even after that experience he talked badly about me and others coming into the clinic saying everyone is so difficult etc etc to the ladies in the pharmacy. He needs to be spoken to and maybe given more training on how to act appropriate in this medical setting. I’ve asked for his name and will update the review once I get his name. His name is Ashish Patel and he is the pharmacy manager. He should definitely not be a manager.
