Ben the owner has installed my new dishwasher, my ice maker and he removed an old tub and installed a new one. We are capable of doing these things, however this house (new for us) has no basement just a very tight crawl space that my husband couldn't manage d/t his age and lack of flexibility. Ben the owner communicates well, he responds quickly to phone calls, and if he can't make the booked day and time he will call and rebook. His work is neat and tidy and he takes the time to make sure things are done to today's standard's (our house was built in 1985 so of course things have changed over the years). He warranties his work and his prices are really good as well. He is a personable, reliable does good work and is reasonably priced. We highly recommend Riverside Plumbing.

Riverside has dealt with a lot of repairs and leaks for my rental property as well as personal home repair from flooded basement and new submersible sump pump put in to toilet seals and taps hook ups and repairs. Quality work and quality products. Saved us from a lot of damage. Ben has gone above and beyond for my rental property being an older building, he has worked in all or units and saved us thousands of dollars from damage. You want quality repairs and reasonable rates, this is your one stop shop right here.

So far needed to use Riverside twice for emergency situations (Rat chewing a water line, and a stubborn toilet). Both times job was done to perfection. He shared his knowledge on why things happen and what to do prevent further issues. We will always call Riverside Plumbing first for any of our future emergencies or plumbing needs.. Thank you !!!

We had to replace the sewer line running from our basement to the street. Messy work but Riverside did a great job, showed up on time and got the job done quickly.

Excellent service and quality workmanship!I called several plumbing businesses to get a quote to install our new water softener. Ben at Riverside Plumbing provided the best rates of the 4 local companies I called and he was able to provide prompt service for the next day. Ben and his assistant arrived promptly on time and they quickly showed their high level of experience as they re-worked the piping from our old water softener to fit our new softener. I learned some new aspects of plumbing from Ben as he generously shared his knowledge as he worked through the install. Ben recommended the type of salt to use in the system and also told me where I could get the best deal on it.At one point, Ben noticed that our rental hot water heater had developed some rust at the bottom of it. He checked the age of it and suggested that it would be wise to call the rental company and have them replace the water heater before it started to leak. Needless to say, the replacement was booked before Ben finished the water softener install.Thanks, Ben, for your quality work and excellent service.

Workmanship is of the highest caliber. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Took the time to explain all work needing to be done. Highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer.
