This is definitely where you go when you want to pay for quality products. I bought my britax car seat here and these are baby shower gifts. The customer service is good too. The girls have all been nice and helpful too. I seen a full time job opening and wish I was working cause I'd apply today! Thanks to the lady today who got the baby shower gifts together for us. Saved us a trip and some money!

My experience started off a little rocky at West WCK, as it was hard to track down someone to help me. Once I had found someone they didn’t seem to understand what I was asking them and they went to grab a different employee to assist me.Kass helped me find a new seat and gear for my little one, she made the experience feel very special and made me feel confident in my purchases, what a great asset it id to have someone with such experience at WCK.

Checked out WCK for the first time the other day and I can’t wait to go back. The selection is huge and one girl was so helpful and answered all our questions (I wish I remembered her name!) helped us narrow down a choice for a stroller, a play pen and a car seat. The staff were super friendly!

I would just like to urge folks considering setting up their registry with these guys to THINK AGAIN. They will make mistakes regarding shipping and then put the burden of fixing the situation on YOU and send you on a wild goose chase.We spent over $5,000 on our registry. My sister purchased a stroller and an adapter kit to fit our car seat onto our stroller. The stroller arrived but the adapter kit did not. We made time to go into the store (which is the Edmonton location, about 40 mins from home) to clear up the issue but were told, oh yea since you ordered online

Products are great, The employee who helped us was excellent. We paid for our large order over $1000.00. Was told to come pickup in 2 hours, we did that and I was accused of not paying the whole bill. They calculated the total 40 dollars short and were blaming me. Nobody would own up to their mistake, the manager did nothing. Absolutely not how you run a business. They lost an entire baby registry over 40 dollars.

They helped us with our adaptor installation so that we could use or car seat with our stroller. The products were not purchased from west coast kids, but I have been a customer several times. With the knowledge they had; I never had to go through any returns and I super appreciated the lady who helped us

Literally the worst shopping experience I have had. The lady who helped us would not back off she had to get her 2 cents into absolutely every aspect of our conversation. Double charged me for a 700$ car seat and then took 8 days to return the money to my card. Basically told me what I should and shouldn't buy for my child. I will never step foot back into this store.

I had a fantastic experience today at the WCK west Edmonton location. I had previously been to the south location and had a poor experience, so I was skeptical to try a new location. Shay helped me with car seats and stroller education for probably 30 minutes and she was so knowledgeable and patient! She was so great to learn from and was super approachable. Other staff was fantastic too - I appreciated them checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok. They were always around for questions. I’ll 100% be purchasing my stroller/car seat and other items from this location! Thanks Shay!

I used to love coming here and purchasing things for my children but the staff make it impossible to enjoy your shopping experience. They are asking you every minute if you are ok or need anything but it’s not because they truly want to help they kept following me around the store with my two children looking into my stroller as if I was trying to steal something. At the checkout I was purchasing my items and another staff member came around saying “I’m just going to grab this” which was an empty basket but I realized she was doing that to get a better look into the bottom of my stroller which nothing was in. It’s truly uncomfortable and makes you feel horrible even if you did nothing at all. Stay away!

Do NOT shop at this location or with this company in general. THEIR POLICIES ARE UNHEARD OF!!! How is it possible to not be able to exchange the same item for a size bigger?!?!?! I’ve worked in retail for many years and this is something I’ve never heard. Very poor customer service and rude staff! Very disappointed.
