Great place to learn about mental health. They offer services and workshops to help understand friends and family with mental health as well with a large library with information.I attended a Voices" workshop and it was great! To learn and go through what people hear and deal with every day is mind blowing helpful."

Very informative and helpful. I participated in the hearing voices simulation and I was impressed. They have the best bibliography about schizophrenia and hearing voices.
