I've been going to see Dino for years now it never ceases to amaze me how much passion he puts into every venture. Every detail put into each product from how the label looks to packaging it's all very well thought out and his personal customer service is unmatched! Would recommend for the professional looking for a good quality product down to the average consumer who just wants something new. I'm a lifer now I'll be using the scent and products forever

I've been purchasing hair product and body wash from this company for the last couple of years (originally from Cabin barbershop) however over the last while due to the pandemic, been purchasing online. Liking it so much I even gave your product as gifts for the holidays.My last order (around $100) in my care top up, unfortunately has gone missing via UPS.Update: thanks for your response, I used your websites contact us form, only jumped to here due to no response. Looking forward to a Direct Message and getting this resolved.2nd Update: Dino was super quick to respond here, was understanding and moved to correct the issue, replacement package is on route.3rd Update: Replacement package is in, appreciate you making things right!

To start, Crown Shaving Barber Shop is amazing. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel like you're in an old school barbershop. Located in the heart of Kleinburg this cozy barber shop fits right in to the environment. Genuine service, great conversation but most importantly you walk out with a great, modern looking hair cut, all at a very reasonable price for the service you receive. Not to mention complementary expressos, so you really cant go wrong. More than satisfied with my experience, will be coming here for years.

Ordered their product from a different vendor and the lid broke within a week. I emailed Crown and they not only sent me a new lid, but an entirely new container within one day. Super impressed with customer service.

I found out about Crown through a cousin of mine and haven't looked back since. Dino's service is impeccable, the quality of the products is just awesome, and I love that it's all made locally.
