Very great team, real helpful. I have a line with freedom and went to get some accessories over there. Jewel helped me choose and purchase. He had a great product knowledge and I’m very happy to make the purchase. Looking forward to visit again. Cheers!

Worst experience ever, Representative are not friendly and co-operative enough to their customers.I would suggest if someone comes from very far and requesting you something then it's your duty to find some alternatives.

I used to go to Freedom Mobile all the time when looking for a new phone. The service used to be very good. But à recent event has made me think differently with the Conestoga Mall location.As I was in line a female employee was servicing one gentleman and turned smiled and talk with another customer. I stepped around to look at phones while waiting and was ordered to go stand at the end of the line a d have my questions answered she it was my turn but the other people never had to do that.There was no real line and no sign stating where a line would begin. More people came and I refused to wait all over.Meanwhile this other couple got served before others who were waiting.Freedom Mobile is now more interested in $$$$$ and bragging rights claiming They are better than other carriers and hiring employees who are giving preferential treatment to specific customers. I walked out and refuse to go back there again.

Decent store, hit or miss depending on who you get at the counter. Some enjoy what they do others are not and just trying to sell you stuff and protection plans. They have a good lineup of devices in the store. They have the latest Samsung every time I go.

A good attitude costs you nothing! They must train their employees basic customer service skills, particularly their female employees, The woman at the front desk quite rude, such a bad experience today. As it appears that they had little to no customer service experience.

I went to get a plan. Guy named Jewel was super helpful not only he gave me a plan but made a bundle with an iPhone 13 pro 256gb too. The sales was top notch and he was very knowledgeable. Everyone there was happy to help and would recommend everyone to visit. Looking forward to meet them soon.

I went today, to freedom and trust me it was a really bad experience . There was this black guy at the front desk who was extremely rude to me. And boasted on how he has worked here for seven years and he knows it all. Just being a little polite to you customers wouldn’t harm you. :)

One of affordable mobile network carrier in Canada. Staff was helpful and friendly.

terrible experience. Don’t expect any good customer service at this specific location. Work on greeting your customers and doing what you can to make the customer happy. If you’re looking to be with freedom mobile go to any other location but this one. I went to the location on highland in kitchener and the difference was night and day.
