They have beer. That's good. The staff are nice, and if you talk to them, they will engage. Good selection. Beer is expensive, but remember that's the Province's fault.

Rudest employee ever. I had been warned before we went that one of the guys on cash was .... unpleasant. Sure enough, there was no greeting, just a barking out of the price from behind his mask. When we asked him to repeat what he had just said, he pointed to the beer and repeated the price, only louder and more aggressively. Then he tore off the receipt and shoved it at us, shaking it when we hesitated to take it. No Would you like your receipt?" Nothing attempting civility. Clearly the guy despises his job so he should probably work far away from other people."

Someone should teach the employees some customer service skills! Didn't realize I was not allowed to take the black bins out for returning empties and was addressed by a LOUD HEY! You can't take those out of the store , whoever the manager is please sit down with your employees and teach them how to address customers politely especially in this day and age!

To the employee - Tall guy with beard. Not friendly, got heat when I walked in the door. He is unwelcoming and not very receptive to someone who doesn't have the best hearing. Take a customer service lesson before working in a Frontline position. I work in law enforcement so I'm not sure what this guy is so miserable about. Trust me there are far worse people to serve.

I have to agree with Tom, although they do have a couple pleasant workers I see on occasion, I find at least 3 of them in particular very miserable and rude.I also frequently see items on the shelf with a sale sticker, only to ring up at regular price at the checkout. This isn't just one or two occurances, this is constant. With the constant price errors and dealing with rude customer service it's just not worth the aggravation.

This location has the most miserable staff of any Beer Store in Burlington. They always look and act miserable and rush me out through the cash with blind stares. They could at least act like they care - even a little bit - to improve the customer experience.I would give it 1 star but they always have the beer I want so +1 for that.

Got stale flat beer here twice in the past 6 months so avoiding this beer store from now on. First was a case a LANDshark and recently a pack of Sapporo was just flat when opening it.
