No lobby, no bathroom after hours. ORDER AT DRUVE THRU, they PARK you out front to clear the counter to make themselves look good to head office.Parking lot looks like a drive in, and i refused to leave the window after 4 weeks of this until I was served. I got my food faster than everyone else out front.

This staff member was super super unprofessional. The drive through member said to pull up to #3 so we tried but unfortunately we’re blocked by another vehicle at #1. The guy with a horrible attitude problem with black hair in a really tight blue and black vest came outside told that we need to be at #3. He scoffed after we told him that we can’t move then I went inside to grab my order and hes joking to his co-workers about us to his other co-workers. Super super unprofessional! If this is how McDonald’s wants to be and hire unprofessional people. I will be advertising this incident to everyone

Self serve fountain drink dispenser is gross. People take whatever container to fill there, water bottles, cups that has been used and put it right up against the dispenser nozzle. Check you order because they don't read and get it wrong. You tell them and they look at you like its your fault!

Utterly disappointed with this location! I've ordered from the drive though section. First, I had issues with the account number but then the person told me that they can scan the code before I pay on the next window, but when I got there, they told me they have no scanners. Second, Since it was about $80 worth of food, we had to wait, which we did not mind at all. We got all our food but when we arrived home and checked, the amount of fries and ice cream they gave us were at least 2/3 full, unlike their other locations where its to the rim! to make it worst, fries in the bag were not placed right way up, so, obviously, the fries went all over! Told some of my friends regarding this incident and they all had the same incident and told me they would never go back to this location. I may be on the same boat with them now.NOTE: Pictures only show a part of the order.

For some reason, Richmond locations have better iced coffees than the ones in Vancouver. The workers here actually look like they work hard too, you can really tell by how fast everyone is moving and calling numbers. I frequent mcdonalds in the downtown area and was slightly surprised by this location.

I ordered a medium coffee double double, and look what I found in it! This is how they serve customers, and they are so rude to their own staff. How are they going to treat us well?
