Went in to get my tires changed over and was a little worried about my appointment with the current state of things. Was very pleasantly surprised to hear that they are booking appointments with a buffer between them to limit the unnecessary contact with other people. The place itself was VERY clean and both Pauline and Mike at the front desk were prompt to help and limit all of our exposure to any possible exposure. Big thanks to all of them for getting me back on the road and in a safe and responsible way.

Very bad experience with them i done wheel balancing and alignment from them and vibration in the car was same and then visit other dealer at toronto.he show me that all wheels balancing was out. I pay almost 90$ for nothing.!!!!!!!

Pauline and her helpful staff have been taking care of me and my car for years. From oil changes to seasonal tire changes, I always get exceptional service and am always treated with kindness and respect. During my last visit, I was impressed with all of the safety precautions they put in place to protect me during the COVID-19 pandemic. I will definitely be a lifelong customer!

Was on our way home from Montreal to Toronto, broke down and had a tow to Cornwall. No other shop would see us same day. Benson fit us in to their busy schedule, fixed our alternator in no time! Bonus, they charged us such a fair price compared to other shops. Can't thank you enough and definitely recommend!!

Have been using Benson's now for several years, always a great experience. Thought I would play mechanic one day and totally messed up the job. Went to see Mike and he got me right away. Thanks Eric for cleaning up my mess. Also at the same time I mentioned about my rear brakes sqeeking, they also fixed that no charge under warranty from previous brake work they completed several weeks previously
