Country Tire

I called yesterday from Vancouver Island, they told me to come in on a first come first serve basis as I was travelling to the lower mainland. This is my second time going to them. They have excellent prices and are very fast. They picked out my tires in 2 minutes and was extremely nice. Great customer service. Thanks guys! :) I will be making a trip to them every time!

Sold me 10 year old winter tires and did not disclose the age of the tires at point of purchase or any of the hazards to driving on dangerous winter roads with old tires that won't hold up in those conditions. Then called in and asked for a refund to do the honourable thing and was told that they would not refund the money spent and seemed unaware that old tires were not safe. Store credit was offered but frankly this seems like a business I would never feel good about handing my car over to. Stay away.

These guys work hard and will give you good advice at a good price. They’ve usually got quite a queue that builds up during the day and they move through each customer quickly. If you need someone to take a lot of time with you and hold your hand through the entire process answering all of your rudimentary questions, this may not be the place for you. They sacrifice shopping experience for great fast service at a good price which is fine for me!

Came in today to get a flat tire repaired got in right away and it took less than 20 minutes. Charged me a very reasonable price 6x less than Tesla’s quote of $172 + tax. Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend these guys, they are affordable, fast, and professional. The last time I went to them with a complaint about noise from my wheels, I was prepared to replace my off-road tires with more city-friendly ones. After inspecting my vehicle, the owner recommended that I keep my off-road tires and instead have them rotated for free. I agreed to the rotation but still paid for their services because any labor should be compensated. In the end, the noise practically disappeared, and it turned out that the problem was simply due to my not having rotated my tires in a timely manner. Thank you for saving me money.

Absolutely fantastic team at Country Tire - they work hard, know their stuff, do their jobs well, and their prices are great. I’ve been a customer of theirs since last winter, and they’ve always been courteous and efficient with my seasonal tire changes.Today, I went in for a last minute tire change before the first big snow. I watched their crew handle a huge queue of customers with incredible professionalism and excellent organization. Multiple customers were making their jobs incredibly difficult by being rude to the team, cutting the line of waiting customers, rolling their tires right into their reception area, and lying about being missed on the waiting list (and this was only what happened before 10am!).The team handled it all perfectly and took care of the issues customers were causing quickly and directly, making sure the order of the wait list was always respected, that the queue of cars were parking in a logical order, and that the list was regularly updated and accurate. All fellow customers that I saw this morning were dealt with absolutely fairly and in an orderly and timely manner.Excellent team and great experience from start to finish. They took on a whole pack of us who left our snow tires to the last minute, and I am so appreciative of what they do. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know.Thanks for everything you all do at Country Tire to help keep us safe on the roads.

Stopped in today no appointment, need some help with my winter tires. They were absolutely awesome and so helpful and did not overcharge. These are very honest and super people. Thank you so much.

Nice clean shop with great vintage decoration, good music, quality equipment, and lots of inventory on site. I brought my Touareg to the shop to have a used name brand set mounted on it. The price was roughly 30% of what the same brand, new set would cost, if not less, with about 70% tread left on the tires and 2-3 year old dot numbers on all 4.We had a slight hick up with one of the tires, but they took ownership of the problem and solved it very fast. The owner was an absolute gentleman, and the crew made sure that our family SUV is safe for our upcoming road trip (tirewise).I will definitely bring my tire business here again in the future, and you should do the same!

These guys are the best! Real pros! I went to 6 different tire places today and none of them could fix my tire, some also said they were over booked. I went to these guys here at Country Tire and they fixed the problem in half an hour. Next time just come to Country Tire and the job will be done right.
