I recently came to visit Canada for a family trip. I needed food for my fish and this was the closest pet store nearby. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!!!!! This one blonde worker there…. Courtney? I think it was. I could be wrong. SHE WAS AWESOME. Very helpful young lady, she was such a silly jokester. I hope to run into her again when I come back to Canada in December.

Brought our dogs for a bath and was very disappointed, the soap was watered down, there were no treats for the dogs . We have been to other pet valu before and this one fall short of its standard.

The only reason they get a 4 vs. a 5 is prices. I find for a large chain that their prices are on the high side. That being said, this store is huge and has an awesome variety of quality products. The store appears to be very clean and the staff is always friendly and ready to help.

The products are good and the store always has what I need. However, I have not had a pleasant experience dealing with the assistant manager when I visit. Good thing the other employees make up for it.

Lack of availability in products, upped pricing compared to the valley. Staff are cold when you inquire and engage. Only go when I can't make the drive to New Minas... I'd rather drive 2.5 hours .. that says alot
