Fraud and deception is their religion. Nothing they say can be and should be believed. Bought 2 appliances and both were defective. One I had to throw away. This despite the fact they I asked them repeatedly I had to take the appliances two sets of stairs so very important they worked. It surprises me how some people live with themselves

The worst experience that I have ever had with any business, ever. The warranty is almost useless, since they'll try to inconvenience you to death, and literally call you everyday to say that they'll come and bail on you for a month. I purchased a fridge with issues, and they sent me 2 alternative fridges, which also had issues, and were such a pain to deal with.

Do NOT go for this shop.Low quality and low people. ... I bought a fridge and a washer from them. The washer was not installed as they promised. The fridge was broken in one week. Called them and never show up. Their one month warranty is useless. .Review star ZERO.

Dont go to this shop ever they are horrible. No customer service no professionalism.I wish to give them 0 review.If you get something from them and there is some issue don’t believe in their 1 month return or service policy. They are never gonna come it will be just waiting.This is a genuine review they don’t deserve to get more business with such customer service.

They were happy to sell us nice looking fridge quickly. Assured us if anything was wrong within the first 30days, to call and they'd address. Well our fridge still leaks on the floor every few days, and we did contact them and text images as requested, etc , etc., and were eventually ignored... the problem was never resolved. They also broke a window in the screen door on delivery, and said to call their shop. Never resolved. Not a professional service. If you want to gamble with your money, go for it...hope you get luckier than us. We won't be using the business again.

ZERO review - Fraud - I got Washer Dryer Set. While purchasing they will become extreme friendly. The Set they provided it wasn't working. It was having 30 days return or exchange warranty. Sales man said talk to owner and vice versa. At the end i need to end up in there store. Luckily i found the technician who help to get replace. Otherwise i would highly recommended to not to purchase from here.

I bough a range in Dec 2022. In Jan 2023 two burner stop working i requested the company they visit me after 10 days, the again charged me $140 and misbehaved and shouted too. that this is not their mistake. very bad people and very bad experience.

Usually when there are that many 1-star reviews, chances are, something isn't right.I was sold a fridge where since there are no left hand swing ones available, I was offered to be delivered first and have hinges swapped when they arrive.A month later after many phone calls and text, it's quite evident Peter's integrity and his word is only worth as much as a set of door hinges for a used fridge.It is what it is - lesson learned and move on.

they have the worst service. I got a stackable washer and dryer set from them and paid delivery fee to deliver the laundry set to my house upstairs and bring the old set downstairs. however, they only brought the dryer upstairs, left the washer downstairs plus didn't bring the old set downstairs at all. After a whole week of going back and force plus 150 to install the anti slippery nosing on the stairs as they requested, they have never come back to complete the job. After another promising that they will do the job the next day, the mover block my number and the owner is yelling at me on the phone with lots of F words. I have to hire another moving company to just move the washer upstairs. the whole process makes me lost 500. It significantly delayed our renovation and renting process. they cannot be reliable for such small thing. I would never buy anything from them again.
