Terrible place unprofessional and rude staff specially HELEN who i believe is the property manager.she never answer the phone never return your messages.she forgets that she is there to serve the clients and address their concern properly and i do not think she gets pay to just ignore people.

My mother was living at 595 Mountain Avenue in Winnipeg, the Caretaker has been entering her suite when she’s not home. Please advise your family members if you have a loved one living here to get a camera. We need to protect them if they won’t. It’s unfortunate that we can not trust even people that are trusted to keep them safe.

Lived and still do for 8-10 years now, they are fast when you need anything fixed, but honestly it’s a shame that they can’t put up a nice basketball court outside front for the many kids that live in my building/ 60 Frances street, they have had their fair share of ugly pests and it’s a hard job to prep for the removal of the cockroaches, bed bugs, mice or whatever bugs that end up in the building! The staff are ok... would love to see them be able to transfer (my family) tenants when their family grows especially double they will not transfer you to another housing!!!

How dare the caretaker go into the seniors suites and snoop around and possibly steal from them at 595 Mountain Ave while they are away or in the hospital. Again how dare you. Something needs to be done now.
