I would definitely recommend Vonalee Gilroy Acupuncture.I went for a first appointment to address energy levels and within a 5 week treatment plan my energy levels improved, quality of sleep improved, and urinary incontinence improved.I always looked forward to relaxing during the sessions and truly felt better and better each week of the treatment plan.

I was a first timer with acupuncture when I met Vonalee and she made me feel extremely comfortable. She is very intentional with letting you know what is happening and what to expect in the appointment. We worked on issues that I discussed with her and they were resolved quickly. Vonalee is incredible at what she does. At my first appointment she went through a detailed consult to help better understand why I was looking to acupuncture for help. I feel that she really got to the root of it as within 3 sessions I was seeing and feeling great improvements. If your looking for someone to listen and offer valuable insight then Vonalee is who you want. Great comfortable atmosphere and the best acupuncture treatments I’ve ever had by far.

Having never tried acupuncture before, I didn’t know what to expect but Vonalee was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and caring with targeting my concerns. I have continued to see her for almost a year as she makes every session feel relaxing and enjoyable! It’s been a truly positive experience and a pleasure working with her. I would definitely recommend her to others - even those that are nervous of needles at first!
