We recently were in Sudbury on business and our driver had the misfortune of losing his wallet while on break from his long journey. We reached out to the kind folks at Simple Wishes of the North and they immediately went out of their way to offer financial assistance to our driver in order to help him get home safe and sound. Colin Bourgeois and his team deserve a 5 Star PLUS rating for their kindness and friendship. My family and I own a funeral home in a small town and our interaction with Colin reminded us that people in Funeral Service...no matter what spectrum and no matter what time of day... are loved and respected because of the selfless service they offer to others regardless of who they are.

The service I received from the staff was absolutely amazing. Colin is a caring individual who puts the needs of the family before anything! He was able to help me navigate some issues without additional charges, just a wholesome loving and caring man!Thank you for everything Colin!

I emailed them the urns needed for myMothers funeral and main urn was completely wrong . The keepsake urns were also all mixed up and we were short one keepsake from order..was disappointed my moms urn was not at all what we had chosen and Colin made it like error was on my part when in fact it wasn’t:(

Colin and his assistant were beyond helpful and amazing…and realistic and honest with everything we worked together on. My Father had pre paid for his services and my Mother passed away suddenly and had no arrangements. He helped us in both circumstances and was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for everything.
