Shisha Bar | Cafe Med | Calgary | Cafe Med was established in 2002 being the first Middle Eastern Restaurant & Shisha in Calgary. Cafe Med has built a reputation for its Pizza, Cheesy Lasagnas, and Shawarma Bites over the years. We have recently added a catering section to our business offering deal for up to 15 people.

This is the best shisha bar that keeps you coming back. The chef Nadr makes amazing meals. The shisha is always good. Great service and a crowd that is easy to converse with. Very friendly environment and great music.

The Original Shisha spot in Alberta, since they banned Shisha in Edmonton, my usual Mint seems to taste even better now. I frequent both the original 1st and newer 17th streeet location.It's awesome when most of the servers remember my order. Everything on the menu is delicious. I'm a creature of habit though and I tend to get the all meat pizza, which never disappoints. The Kenefeh Nabousli is also really good (but definitely meant for sharing), or if you're not feeling the super gooey cheesiness of that, try the Lotus Biscuit cake.

If you want the best food in the city and service that goes so above to make sure you're happy, this is the place. The kitchen guys and our server Sabrina treated us like family from the moment we stepped in until the very last minute we walked out. We will definitely be back

I’m a regular at cafe med and have always appreciated their commitment to providing the best service - the food is excellent with a good variety.I particularly enjoy my visits when Joanne is on duty - not only is it clear that she is committed to service to the table I’m on but you always see her working hard to ensure everything is done efficiently and well in all aspects of the services provided. She’s a leader and a keeper!

One of my top places for chill Sheesha! Nice traditional atmosphere, good food and staff are super friendly. Doesn’t serve alcohol so it attracts a chill crowd. Hummus was great!

Been here 3 times in the last month already!I've gotten Felafel, mixed grill and roasted lamb shank as well as arabic tea. All of them were great, although lamb was kind of dry for my taste and how I'm used to it (Persian style). Also, they've got reasonable prices.Be aware that they are relatively late with preparing the order!Edit: got their pasta Alfredo this time and it wasn't good at all. The chicken was in Kebab form, guess they wanted to mix Italian and Mediterranean cuisine but it didn't work for me!Changing to ⭐️⭐️⭐️ therefore.

I tried Cafemed for the first time a couple of days ago with some friends and service and food was exceptional. I was immediately greeted a hostess named Haiqa who created a friendly and humorous atmosphere. Her charisma set the mood for the lovely dinner I was served. I highly recommend the donair pizza and would definitely come again!
