The Language Place
I've been trying to contact this place since summer. I got talking to one lady who said she'd call me on the first week of November to discuss when the Italian course begins but nobody has called. Rarely anyone answers the phone. You're missing out on 250 euros.

Never return calls. Hard to find location as they have moved since designing Web page.. Overall so far I find response but satisfying indeed its poor
