Wholesale Club Carmi Avenue

They have a great variety of things. I especially appreciate that the have regular sizes of products, not just giant sizes and/or multiple packs.

This is my 2nd favourite store since moving to Penticton 5 1/2 years ago.I shop here at least 2x/ week. Aside for in store shoppingI am also able to order especialty items Not being sold in the store.I really appreciate Mary,Brenda, and All of the staff there.All very nice and helpful.I just came back from an extended holiday and went to go shopping here this afternoon.To my dismay, there’s a new Lady Security guard. I know it is their duty to watch. I told her Not to follow me, that I am not a thief. She said..” I have to follow u bec. I don’t know u”..Haaah..But , she kept following me at a meter distance. From the houseware to Pharmacy to Meat shop to produce and so on…This is almost harrasment. She can watch..discreetly..I felt very uncomfortable . Instead of shopping my lists as I normally do, I just purchased 1 item that I needed immediately. I was upset naturally.This lady guard is obviously NOT well trained or educated enough. People can accuse her of Harrasment,She has to know how to perform her job effectively,without making customers feel like criminals. Otherwise, customers will be hesitant to shop here.This Store is a 5 ⭐️….. . If not for this uneducated Lady guard!!!I was at store at 4 pm today Feb10.I informed Mary about this incident.

The environment is clean and easy to navigate.For the most part, the offerings primarily target large or bulk purchases.Aside from that, the grocery selection is very good.Wholesale club is an excellent alternative to the miserable mayhem found at Superstore.Staff isn't harried by numerous entitled customers.Easy, relaxing shopping experience.

Good variety. Carts cost 1$. Such a hassle no one carries loonies anymore.

I love shopping here and I worked at the Penticton location and Vernon location. Manager Ben in Penticton was always easy to deal with and approachable. I can usually find the groceries I am looking for, buy my bulk items here such as Texas loaf and 12 pack Jones soda rootbeer

The worst security I have ever had to deal with! Everyone that works there is great but ur security first asked me a rude question then proceeded to ask me more and I respectfully left the store upset lost out on 300$ sale mid shop I asked him want to see what’s in my bag and my pockets I don’t steal and followed me around the store trying to tell me some excuse or another and I can’t believe it I can’t believe the security last time I shop there for awhile u need better security that knows what are doing first I wasn’t in meat section and accusing not approaching me like that or following me is a no no

Great place. Lots of selection. Fast at the cashier. Lots of parking. Gas station with 7c off on Mastercard.

A reasonably decent place to shop for groceries. Too often items are not in stock. The juice section is particularly mismanaged. A plethora of V8 juices in the smaller cans but not a hint of Heinz Tomato juice in the 6 and 8 ounce sizes. No consistency of availability in this section.
