Runnymede Walk-in Medical Clinic

I came to this clinic for the first time a few weeks ago. I explained to the receptionist that I thought I had shingles. I was in pain. A doctor saw me within 20 minutes. Can't ask for more than that.

Very good impression. The receptionist is nice and approachable. I saw the doctor within 30-40 min, which is the same for my own family doctor. The doctor was professional, examined fast and gave the necessary prescription. Was feeling better in a short time. Very positive experience.

We have experienced nothing but unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and issues since becoming patients of this clinic.We joined when our daughter was born, and after a good initial meeting with the staff we were excited about them becoming our family doctor.Subsequently, we have had numerous appointments cancelled hours before scheduled times, or informed that the location had changed due to doctor availability. It's also impossible to get through to talk to anyone directly, and when we do hear back, its often 4-5 days later.I could go on, but hopefully others have had better experiences.

Super friendly receptionist. doctor Victor Quaye is very detailed and takes the time to make sure you understand everything. Made my visit super easy and quick

I've been a patient at this clinic ever since it opened 10-15 years ago. The doctors and have always been great and the reception has always been courteous.That being said, do not bother going to this clinic. They are simply too busy these days to provide the adequate service they once did. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to messages, and walk-ins are almost impossible unless you lineup outside the door at least half an hour before they open (along with 5-6 others).If you walk in you'll probably be able to book an appointment a few days down the line, but as far as walk-in services go, it's basically become pointless to even try

This walk-in clinic was supposed to close at 7pm so I made it there earlier (or so I thought) before 5pm. I asked how long the wait was as there's about 6 people sitting down and the receptionist said that they weren't taking any more patients as they're all full.How can this be when there's 2 more hours to go and you don't take appointments any other way than walking in? I left super disappointed

Dont bother wasting your time with coming here, they don’t accept walk-ins

Visited walk in clinic yesterday, was seen within the hour and my exam by Dr Quaye was very helpful and kind.

Garbage receptionists, literally running this place into the ground. Rude, disrespectful, incompetent and getting them to answer the phone is like playing in the hunger games. Mailbox is always full!!!! Literally had to call over 50 times to speak to someone and was met with hostility and attitude. If you don’t like your job GET A NEW ONE, nobody is forcing you to work here!
