I called about moving into a room, knowing it had a terrible reputation. They want $600 a WEEK. I found better for less. Very dismissive on the phone. One of those interactions that make you wish you had never reached out.

The rooms are budget". Cockroach crawling across the desk and a dead body next room over kept 50 bucks cause I "used" the room. Was there 10 minutes..."

Rooms are dirty and run down, Nothing has been upgraded since the early 90s. Staff are rude and bossy. If staying more than one night, room is not cleaned unless requested and must go to front desk for clean towels. Known for bed bugs and cockroaches. Rate is far higher than the quality.

front desk staff have been threatening to call the police, because we were sitting in the front lobby. we have been paying 110 daily, to keep our room and they are still threatening to call the police. the rooms are very worn down, and barely any of the outlets work. the bathroom sinks either have no pressure, or insane amounts of pressure.there are zero basic commodities. no microwave, nothing. avoid this place at ALL costs

I (16M) checked into this place for 6 days, staying here with my mother and brother, as we were going homeless due to the housing and poverty crisis in the country. I thought the rooms looked nice, there was free wifi and cable which was really nice. Fine furniture, comfortable bedding and plentiful outlets. After around 3 days of our stay, I found two cockroaches. There is cockroaches in our stuff. And I wouldn't trust the appliances btw, very low quality.

As long as you're in a non-smoking room your in good hands. The room was clean and the staff kept everything running smoothly. I would recommend this for a quick stay. And the price is okay personally a little too much for me. But otherwise it's worth a try.

Needed a place to take my nieces to from the hospital after an accident. One of the nurses from McMasters Children's Hospital Emergency found this place & o eof the only hotels available. When we got there, it was very seedy & run down but si ce it was the only space available, we decided to check it out & look at the room. As soon as I opened the door & turned on the lights, roaches of every size went scattering everywhere! On the floors, on the walls & the mattress was on the floor!!! No bed frame. We left faster than we came!! Disgusting and they charge $100 for someone e to stay there. They should be paying $1000 for customers!! Stay Away!!

Stayed at this hotel after unexpectedly testing positive for COVID at a friend’s wedding party. It was the only hotel that had an open room so late. Our room was extremely seedy, with a giant hole the size of a watermelon on the wall. It smelled like smoke, and had no soap, towels, or any amenities. There were stains all over the wall. People were arguing outside of our window all night.

Bathroom door wouldn't close tightly. Absolutely wi fi didn't work room. Lots of junkies go there.One plug only worked to charge phone.Fridge did keep meat frozen or anything cold.Wouldn't even give a discount.Never will I go back.Very sad place it is for the money they charge.Homeless have a better life then this place has.
