Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I could not believe the ignorance of this place.The evening prior to picking up my rental vehicle (which had been reserved through my insurance weeks before this) I received a call from enterprise to confirm I would be there in the morning, I asked if they had a vehicle set a side for me relative to my personal vehicle (Mercedes suv) I was told yes, a mid size suv will be waiting for you to pick up.The following morning after dropping off my vehicle at the auto body shop, I was picked up by enterprise, upon arrival to their location there was one mid size suv parked next to their building, I was then told that another customer came in and made a big fuss and they gave away my vehicle, so i asked why cant i take the mid size suv that is parked outside, and i was told that it is for a customer that isn't here yet.. what about the customer that is standing right in-front of you??????? I am now sitting at home without a vehicle. Thanks enterprise!

Very rude staff! The Lady Donna there has a horrible attitude and is very rude to customers! I’ve had to rent with them twice and it’s nothing but a hassle dealing with them.

Worse experience than the accident itself. I was told I would have to take my car to a specific repair shop before they’d release a rental. When I informed them my car had to wait to be assessed and the insurance company deemed my car undrivable they changed to no rental available for two weeks. When I called back and asked for a rental without insurance I was told a car was immediately available. When I said it was actually an insurance claim again I was told two weeks but this time it was because I wasn’t local. One of the worse experiences with a company I’ve ever had and insurance companies should drop them as it’s clear they don’t take care of insurance claimsAt all.

5 star service from Manager Obe! He really has looked after me on multiple occasions. His customer service is second to none. I rent here monthly and have never had a bad visit.

Not a good experience at all..I was kept waiting 45 for the pick up...car smelled like cigarette smoke...I was told to call when I would be dropping it off. When I did call, I was put on hold even though I saidI did not wish to go on hold. Not a good experience

Very friendly and good cars.They can make the place a bit more presentable for customers.

Lied about the price then told us ,sorry you have to have 800 on ur C/C.we don't take cash or dept.. then wanted to kick us out in -30. Cause they were closing..boooooo

Most rude, ignorant company around. They made it such a huge hassle to rent from to the point I said F it and didn’t bother.( while my car was being repaired) Someone else needs to start a rental company here bc this joke of a place has the monopoly in the business. Communication is lacking, customer service is non existent. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I really appreciate all the help, clear instructions, and kind staff. They helped me out a ton by giving me a ride to their building after I dropped my car off to be repaired, and a ride to the mechanic's after I returned the rental car.The rental car was nice and clean, and they explained all the features of the vehicle (since it was much fancier than my actual car, haha). Overall, a super smooth and painless experience and kind staff. Thank you for all your help!
