The front desk is never picking up, and there are construction noises in the morning.Wi-Fi speed is capped, the room has very bad sound isolation.Four points and Confederation place has around the same price while being vastly better.Don't pick this place just because it's relatively new.

A lot better than the reviews or the 2-star rating make it out to be. It's in a great location (especially if you're planning to make a trip out to the thousand islands). The newly renovated rooms are quite nice and the view is pretty decent, especially at the price point you find the rooms for. Parking is free and plentiful anywhere within the property. The front desk was very friendly, approachable, and helpful.The only minor issue I had was that the bar wasn't open.

First time to Kingston and honestly picking this hotel was a perfect match. I was kinda nervous because of the location and it being in a plaza but don’t be. Parking was convenient and I’m thankful they allow pets. They even gave me a cute little doggy bag for my pet. Very nice people and clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Nice little spot. Great remodel. Modern and comfortable. We had an issue that was resolved by the staff in a manner that we thought was fair for us and them. We would stay here again. Thanks to the manager for handling the situation well. TV was terrible. Not sure if it was a cable issue.

Nice and clean. Very big TV. This place was really good and I enjoyed it. If ever in Kingston I would stay here again and recommend it. Thanks to the really great staff for making this a great place to stay. Lots of places to eat around and very diverse. Would recommend to anyone.

Where do I startUnder construction no amenities to speak ofThe photos make the place look very modern however it is stuck at the end of plaza uneven pavementUnsecured parkingWe had help from the front desk clerk who came to our room for the tv he was greatThe tv reception is terrible you have to use your tv app some wouldn’t know that
