Must see it, I recently ordered it from Fantuan Delivery, it had 30% off at that time, very good delivery company in Kingston. I found that had no extra item fees at all. I am highly recommend this bubble tea store and this delivery company.

Great food and service.When picking up the foods maybe require tongs or gloves. My server bare handed gripped my Japanese cheesecake and served it to me.

Very happy that chatime has hit Kingston! It is a bit far from the downtown core but the service is great. They have a good selection, ample Boba and there is a ordering device if you'd prefer.

Great bubble tea spot. Management makes the experience at the Kingston location exceptional. I had a simple question about the difference between signature and fresh milk tea and they gave me a complimentary second tea just so that I could compare the two AND a free up-size voucher. Talk about going above and beyond! For all the locals who have no idea what bubble tea is - check it out next time you want a cold refreshing drink!

Nupur was sweet, attentive & quick to take my order and get my tea under 5 mins. These is our favourite Bubble tea spot in K-town.

Ordered mango tea. It tasted nothing like real mango but cheap mango nectar sugar water. The place smells like sweat. I don't recommend the tea.

This is the worst Uber-eats experience ever. I ordered a matcha latte with salted crema, but obviously, there’s no crema on top. I payed for that! Also, I can barely taste the flavor of matcha. It’s just water. I will never reorder again.

Update: Emailed them the problems with my experience, no response. From what I’ve heard, still terrible service and management.I’ve been here 3 times for tapioca and they’ve failed to offer it all 3 times. Be it that I’ve come here in the last hour, but twice I came in regular hours.Every time the workers fail to price my things properly. Add toppings when they say it’s replacement for missing tapioca. Add all ice when I say no ice. I want regular size and they give me large. They don’t even ask for sugar level.Workers are poorly trained and results in extremely slow service. Expect to get drinks in 20 minutes.I usually like Chatime as well, I’ll just stick to getting it when I’m back in Toronto.

I love Chatime but my experience at Chatime Kingston is by far the worst bubble tea shop I’ve been to. The employees are oblivious of what I ordered and took up to 30 mins to make my order, to add salt to the wound, they said that my order wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up but it was just right behind the desk.Extremely disappointed. Other bubble tea shops are way better with faster service.A B S O L U T E L Y D I S G U S T I N G!
