I am very impressed with Guelph Climate Care. I discovered a leak in our hot water tank on a Sunday morning and reached out to GCC. Within an hour, a technician (Andrew) came by and assessed the situation to contain it. He took the needed steps to protect my basement and provided me with options to replace the system (as it was shot). I received detailed quotes later that afternoon and Flora made herself available to answer all of my questions. The next day, a crew (Andrew, Ryan etc) showed up and installed a tankless water heater, which I am pleased with. All in all, crisis to solution within 24h. Well done.

Normally, I never do reviews but today, I would like to express how professional and service oriented I have found Guelph Climate Care in the past and present. As I was thinking about what to do about replacing my furnace, they provided me with different quotes on what I could have plus they gave me information on heat pumps with the current rebates. Andrew arrived on time with his crew, did the installation and then walked me through all the questions that I had. Appreciated his patience and support with the new smart thermostat. Thanks

We hired Guelph ClimateCare to replace our furnace with an Air Sourced Heat Pump. They were very responsive to questions and the quote was turned around very quickly with multiple options. When we were ready to go ahead they were super helpful in scheduling the installation in quick succession around our timing constraints, and existing furnace issues. The installation went smoothly and as discussed. So far the system has worked great and we are greatly enjoying our new heating system.We highly recommend Guelph Climate care if you are considering going towards a heat pump or for your other heating services needs!

Ever hear of people complaining about poor customer service? You won't find that with Guelph Climate Care because this is a true 5-Star service team! They first came out to look and service our furnace - we are now warm and toasty! And second, they came out a week later to replace our old hot water tank - we now have hot showers on the regular! From Flora, to Lindsey, to Andrew, Noah, and Patrick - we want to give you ALL a big thank you for making what we deemed a stressful time, to one where you put us at ease. Guelph ClimateCare staff worked hard to ensure we got a new furnace installed within 3 days when our old one hit the can. Very professional, transparent, quick, and responsive - gave us clear breakdowns of several different offerings (including available rebates and trade-in cashback) and recommended the best value for our house. Thank you Flora, Noah, and all other staff! Will be calling again to get a cooling system installed in the spring.

Had Guelph Climate Care in yesterday (March 1) to remove an old water heater and install a new hot water heater/tank.Noah and Ryan were the guys doing the work. They were friendly and very respectful from arrival to completion of the job.Was very happy that they had floor runners in order to move the tank out and in. You wouldn't have known that the tank was replaced because there was no debris or mess made or left.In summary, very happy with the experience with GCC, from Flora on the admin office side to the guys that did the work. Well done.

Unfortunately, we were referred this company and did not have a great experience. We were looking for someone to come in and do a duct cleaning with a scope to retrieve an item lost in a vent. We were quoted the friends and family discount" of $450 cash.Two wonderful young men arrived to our house on time and brought in their equipment. They put on the shoe covers and were very friendly.
