Mi-tech built cabinets for my dental office. These are heavily used and abused. They have held up excellent and the customer service was outstanding. I recommended them to another business doing a renovation, they also saved money and were thrilled. Thanks!

HIGHLY UNPROFFESSIONAL. I went to Mi-Tec to order a countertop for my business with the plan of having my carpenter make the cabinets. They convinced me to allow them to give a quote on the cabinets as well, saying that it would save me money. They promised that the quote would be in by the end of that week as I was on a tight timeline and had a scheduled closure of my business for the reno. Two weeks went by with no quote and I asked them to at least start making the countertop. They said they couldn't as the cabinets needed to be done first and again assured me the quote wold be forthcoming very shortly. I now had to postpone the closure of my business, thereby losing more bookings. At this point I sought out another countertop company for a quote. Two more weeks went by with Mi-Tec constantly making excuses. When the quote finally came, it was for the countertop only and they said they could not do the cabinets after all. They had completely wasted my time for one month for absolutely no reason other than their own incompetence. They cost me money rather than saving it, and their lack of professionalism made me look unprofessional to my clients. Fortunately, the other company was able to make the countertop AND at almost half Mi-Tec's price. I then I had my carpenter make the cabinets, which was my original plan all along. I will never deal with Mi-Tec again.

I expanded my kitchen and purchased cabinets from mi-tec to match my existing oak. I had a wonderful straightforward experience with placing my order, and very quickly I had a gentleman at my home to measure the design. There was some confusion as to the fit in my space and they made a mistake with the profile of the doors. The owner was not above calling me on the phone himself to find a solution that I was comfortable with. They owned the mistake and were quick to make it right. They even upgraded my product for the hassle. The installer was efficient, clean, courteous and professional. Mike operates with true old school small town customer service which has been a shockingly rare find in this area. I will definitely go back myself and I continue to recommend their quality products and service.

This was an excellent buying experience from beginning to end. Worked with Mike and Micah to design our cabinetry thru out the house .........Design service was perfect could not have been any easier. Mi-Tec worked with us to build a custom vanity for the en-suite, and fix kitchen countertop and cupboard issues we inherited when we bought the house. It was a lot of little things, but each took planning, skill and time to get it right. Micah was super responsive in scheduling the initial meeting, made great suggestions for how to work with the existing cabinets, sent quotes promptly and got the work completed on schedule. Taylor did an excellent job on the installation and even built a valance to hide the under cabinet lighting (something we added at the last minute!) We are thrilled with the result. It looks original. Mi-Tec clearly values careful, exacting craftsmanship, and appreciate we every day when we look at our beautiful cabinets. We would work with Micah and Taylor again without hesitation.
