We just had our roof done this week. Excellent work!!! Spoke with Lydia to set things up and she was so friendly and thorough, then dealt with Billy the estimator who went out of his way to accommodate us and walk me through everything so I could understand and lastly Brandon who I assume is the crew lead and went above and beyond at our house! The clean up was more then I expected - not a single nail or even crumb of shingle could be found on our property, they left it cleaner then before they were there! We had Reid's do our roof a little under a year, and still super impressed! They very quick and thorough in getting the job done, they even put in some extra effort to fix up some problem areas around the eavestroughs. Would highly recommend.

We hired Reid's Roofing to do the roof and aluminum work on our new build and could not be more pleased with the results. The owner, Aaron personally visited the job site to assess the project and provide detailed design and product recommendations best suited for our particular house and local weather conditions. He was professional, extremely knowledgable and we knew the job would be done right. The attention to detail and professionalism displayed by both the roofing and aluminum crews exceeded our our expectations and the job site was left spotless. Reid`s Roofing did a neat and tidy job reproofing our house and attached garage. They did a complete inspection when we requested an initial quote and got back to us quickly with an estimate unlike some other companies that also received positive reviews on this site. The prices are relative between most companies unless they are shady and come in thousands below every other bid but the the real difference is in the quality of workmanship. Reid`s Roofing delivers what they promise using quality of materials and workmanship and we are happy with the results.

Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Reid's came to quote the job the day following the request and the job was done in a timely manner. Along with shingles we had eavestroughs & downspouts done which we had run to the opposite side of the house. The entire job (including clean up) looks great and was done at a very reasonable price. I am beyond happy with my experience with Reid’s Roofing. They were affordable and professional. A week before the roof was due, I asked to add vents and they said it wasn’t a problem. The roof is beautiful, everything was cleaned up and left exactly as I had it, even down to them putting back the garden decorations in the correct spots. The guys moved our outdoor table to insure it wasn’t damaged. They even fixed our eavestrough that was detached around the chimney. I’m very impressed and will recommend them to everyone. 10 years ago my roof needed re-shingling and had started leaking. I got multiple quotes - some companies didn't even bother to go on the roof. But when Aaron from Reid's Roofing came to quote, he not only assessed the damage, he took it upon himself to patch my roof on the spot to prevent more leaks until the whole roof could be done. When the job was complete, we were thrilled - a great job at a competitive price. Recently I noticed my roof needed some repair after high winds ripped off a few shingles. I called Reid's Roofing again and within the week, Aaron came back, did the job and accepted no money for his work. I can't tell you how impressed I am with their customer service!
