Always a good experience and they care so much. They do such great work with foster dogs and help animals in need!

10/10 would recommend this vet office. They tend to be a little pricey but for all the right reasons... the staff and doctors are passionate and knowledgeable and put the care of your pet first. I've taken my cat to them, and in the end she was put down at their clinic and their loving gestures made accepting the loss easier. Now I've got a dog and I've been bring her there for the last 2 years because of the outstanding work they do. If you love your pets like family - you should bring them here!!! I have only the most complimentary things to say about this clinic (Dr. Warren is our vet as so was Dr. Wallace previously). They have provided and continue to provide exceptional care for our chinchillas for over 15 years now (one of our chins is currently 18+ years old). They have been with us through the good times and the sad times and we cannot imagine more compassionate and kind veterinary office to support humans through the loss of their pets. We live in Toronto and drive to see this vet in Mississauga - because no one comes even close to their level of care.We have recently had a young dog join our family and we take him to the same clinic for care - he is well taken care of and treated with compassion and genuine care. We hope Dr. Warren continues to care for our furry family members for long long time still!

All the staff here is so nice. I have a rabbit that comes here and they always take such good of her. You can tell that everyone here loves each and every pet that comes through their doors. I went through this clinic for spaying my rabbit and they were so helpful and kind during her recovery.I recommend this clinic for anyone that wants the absolute best care for their pet. The price is well worth it.Emily always has such good phone etiquette. She is so polite.

As always the best service ever.. dr Warren is spectacular and knows best. He has been our go to doctor for more than 6 years, this is the only veterinarian I can recommend to everyone.

We switched to this clinic during lockdown because our dog had become reactive with our previous vet. Southdown animal clinic has been incredible !! Our dog is now so much calmer at visits. Most recently, our cat got a really bad injury on her leg and they cared for her with immense compassion and patience . They preformed a necessary amputation and Pearl is doing so much better .

If you want thorough care as well as understanding and kind people, Southdown Animal Clinic is top notch. We moved to Clarkson two years ago, and starting working with Dr. Letic and her team this past year for our cat, Ollie.He's hit the ten year mark and has had some health issues including asthma, kidney disease and now arthritic pain in his hips. Dr. Letic has been so detailed in checking everything any time we come in, and is so amazing at explaining everything to us. She always follows up to check in and is very accessible to communicate with after our appointments. I find this ability to explain everything in layman's terms so valuable - I always feel like I am in complete understanding of what's going on.I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention how wonderful all the staff is, from the front desk to the techs. All are very compassionate, friendly and super knowledgeable. We gladly purchase medication and prescription food from the office.All of this to say that we are very happy that we found this clinic. We've used multiple vets as we've moved for both Ollie and our dog, and Dr. Letic is the best we've found. I can't imagine a better team to help us this past year. Thanks to Southdown for all that you do!

I've taken my dog here ever since he was a puppy and the staff here are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable :)My dog is a pretty anxious one and the staff are really patient with him and they make him feel more comfortable and safe.
