Hair Flair Extensions

Garbage Product. My girlfriend had hair extensions from here and they became dry and brittle after a couple days. We ended up having to replace them it got so bad. After reaching out to the company to have them replaced like their website guarantees, the owner refused to give the money back or honor it in any way. Shameful. Their guarantee is a lie and their product is terrible. Make sure to stay away.

Beyond impressed!!!! As a hairstylist, I am new to the extension world. I just got my certification and wanted to set up an account with Hair Flare asap! I texted the provided phone number on their website and the response was so quick and super friendly! I got my professional account set up within 5 minutes! I am so so excited to place my first order and make my client extremely happy! Thank You so much for this amazing customer service!! Absolutely turned my day around!

DO NOT BUY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! SCAM!!!I spent over $1000 on extensions, and didn't have a problem even with coloring them (which their website claims you can do no problem...) I just bought another pair through my stylist to add a different color...we colored them with professional color, and the hair turned to spaghetti. It was SO stretchy literally just a gummy mess.My stylist reached out directly multiple times (she would continuously get the run around) and they said nope no refunds no warranty.So when my extensions come up for replacement, I can guarantee I will NOT be replacing through this company. I will be telling everyone to avoid this company at all costs as well. Even though the OWNER agreed that the color shouldn't be an issue!!!They clearly don't stand behind their product!!!!!

I have had many different types of hair extensions over the years. These are the best I’ve had. The hair quality exceeds any other, the colour match done by the technicians as well as placement and their knowledge is exceptional! Would recommend 100%

I did the hair extension masterclass with Jody as the instructor. I was nervous going in and left feeling confident! I am completely green to hair extensions as I have never even had them put in my own hair.Jody was so informative, patient and a damn good time! The day flew by and I left feeling good about what I had learned!I’m excited to get extensions myself (by Jody - hopefully), learn more and work my skill level up!Thanks so much for the fun Sunday! Have attempted to reach out to the company both personally and through my stylist with no resolution or. The hair was incredibly dry and barely had a life span of 7 days. I have worn extensions for 10+ years and have extensive hair education, incredibly disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Really expected more from a local company, but after doing further research low quality and expectations seems to be the norm from them which they consistently brush off from others as well.-stylist also installed the hair on the bottom of my hairline, which is incredibly damaging and improper technique. If this is what they are teaching in their training I highly recommend you save your time, money and hair to go elsewhere.

I’ve worn extensions for 12 years - multiple types and have never been AS impressed as I am with the hair quality and overall method of the nano bead technique from Hair Flair. It is BY FAR the most comfortable, discrete, non-damaging method I’ve had and I would never go back to any other method. I’ve had my hair for 8 months and it’s still in literally the same high quality condition it was in when I first purchased, with some minor trims. I’m also a strong proponent of education and training and am blown away by the amount of knowledge my technician has due to the high level of training that is provided when certified through Hair Flair. In fact, I was so passionate about the method, I diversified my career from a lucrative marketing business into nano bead hair extensions and am now providing these same results for other women- and it’s extremely rewarding to see the difference it can make in a woman’s confidence. Thank you Hair Flair for your revolutionary method and your standards in excellence.

I have been buying extensions here for a couple of years, they used to be good but the quality has really gone downhill. They also changed the packaged amounts from 25 - 20 without changing the price and I was a pack short for my installation. When the hair was installed (straight out of the package) and styled it MELTED and shriveled at the ends. This was extremely dissapointing. I messaged them and they took no responsibility and wouldn't do anything about it because they were installed. I do not recommend anyone purchases hair from here anymore unfortunately. My stylist ordered them for another client and had the same problems and was extremely upset. shame on you hair flair.

I started noticing the quality of the hair going down during the pandemic. I would buy level #2 very dark brown and within a month of wearing it the colour would changed and became more red. I asked the Hair Flair Staff and they told me it must be my heat protector. I switched near protectors and doubled up on- no change. I coloured the extensions myself with professional salon grade hair dye and they do not fade anymore. It was never my head protector, it was the quality of the hair. The hair itself did not last as long, tons of breakage and overall just not the quality I have become accustomed to over the years. Just this past Friday I purchased a bundle of 26” and was shocked to see the quality. I was expecting a lot more for $150 per bundle. I am an extremely busy person there was no way I could return the hair, her new hair and rebook my hair appointment for weeks so I ate the cost and had them installed. The massive price of inconvenience is what is the most frustrating and why I finally decided to post a review.I have been purchasing hair from you for over 8 years now. I have bundles of hair that are several years old and are in better worn condition than what I got on Friday and the past year. I am aware of how to take care of both my natural hair and my extensions. I use these only for volume as my natural hair is 26” which within itself is an indicator of how well I treat my hair. This is a quality issue. I am not interested in a refund, I would like you to figure out your quality control process/supplier issues and get back to offering the great quality extensions so many of us have become accustomed to receiving.Also, take some accountability and stop blaming clients. It’s evident you have changed suppliers or added a different one in- the quality shows.
