We interviewed basically every pool company in the 4 county metro area before selecting Nassau. Not only was Nassau the easiest to work with, they were highly available for questions. An inground pool is a huge expense and we were treated like valued customers from start to finish. Where other pool companies would struggle to even return calls, I had a prompt reply with in the same day from Nassau. Where other companies would lay on the sales pressure with high prices and unnecessary add on items, Nassau recommended a complete package and respected our wishes for lay out and accessories. Buying the pool was, of course, an easy process along with set up. Everything after was not! Horrible attitudes and customer service from the office and the tech! They had to come out multiple times for the first year for malfunctions that were blamed on us and not of the equiptment and products, which was untrue. Every time, we dreaded making the call to schedule them to come out! But did only because it was covered by the plan of the first year. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

We put in a pool two years ago (after we had a good experience getting a hot tub from them 5 years ago) and their customer service has been absolutely amazing. Far better than one could reasonably expect. They've never failed to be out within a day or two when we've had a small issue. Really great guys!

Fantastic service! We have an above ground pool that needed the liner replaced. We were given the # for the service installer (Herman) from the main office and he was prompt and professional to help us choose the correct liner and have it installed. I highly recommend Nassau Pools and Spa service!

Fantastic people. Went in to have our water tested and explained the troubles I was having. The explained what was going on and recommended 2 products to correct the issue. Our water is now clear and all levels are great in less than 24 hours. Will definitely be going back for all our pool needs.
