I was very disappointed when flowers arrived and looked verydifferent from what I expected for the best price. You couldcount the flowers, not colour shown in their catalogue. Not goodValue. Do not shop here in Kingston.

They are absolute professionals. Their customer service was phenomenal. My flowers were stunning for my wedding. They did the absolute best to make the whole situation stress free for me. Overall I so happy with the results.

I ordered flowers for someone with only three hours notice. I called McMahon's to say that I understood if they would be delivered the next day - after all, three hours is not a lot of notice for any florist, let alone one that delivers. Lo and behold, the flowers arrived to my friend on time anyway, and she absolutely loved them. What great customer service! Thank you, McMahon's House of Flowers. :)

***Update - the shop ended up calling my girlfriend and apologizing for sending the bouquet early and actually sent her ANOTHER bouquet on her birthday free of charge. Everybody makes mistakes, the flowers really are beautiful and the arrangements they come in are well thought out. Sorry for heated review prior.***DO NOT USE. Put in an order on July 30th for a bouquet to be delivered on August 17th for my girlfriend's birthday as a surprise, received a confirmation that the delivery date would be August 17th and then they delivered the bouquet literally 2 days later? To pay over $100 for this package and they can't even get the delivery date right is outrageous. Emailed them over 10 days ago about the issue and never even received an email back or an apology. Overpriced, unprofessional, and overhyped. Do not shop here.

I ordered flowers for a friends birthday. Nothing like the picture. I called the shop and the male manager said it’s in the tiny print. I said I purchased the best option for that bouquet, if you didn’t have all the flowers fine, but Atleast add flowers to make up the value and size, the vase looked like it had half the flowers.

I ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday. I received a phone call after because one flower had to be substituted for a different flower and then end result was even MORE beautiful than I could have imagined. There is such an artistry to floral arrangements and this shop has experts! The colours, the quality of the flowers, the scent, the arrangement, customer service and delivery service were all 10/10. Will absolutely use again and recommend to all!!

Rob was amazing and went out of his way and walked 2 blocks to notify Cards bakery that their phone was down and to call me so that i could arrange a cake delivery for my sons birthday. Thank you Rob!

Rob has impeccable taste! He did our wedding party flowers over the weekend (July 6th), and they were some of the most elegant I have seen. I highly recommend you go in for a consultation and allow Rob to guide you in your choice. We gave him a few preferences for flowers and colour, but he came up with the arrangements, and we were far from disappointed. I only wish my bridal bouquet (an elegant collection of eggplant and burgundy blooms, plus my favourite touch of dark purple calla lilies) would last forever. I highly recommend working with McMahon's!

They were able to supply irises (out of season) for a specific request for my brother-in-law’s celebration of life. Not only were they incredibly helpful and kind, they manipulated the blooms by hand so they would be open for the ceremony. Very thoughtful and lovely service. Thank you, So very much appreciated.

Really great customer service! Had some congratulatory flowers sent for a friend and they were fantastic.I had some questions when ordering online, and when I called, they worked through the whole process with me over the phone to ensure I was sending exactly what I had in mind.Friendly, efficient, thoughtful, excellent communication.When the recipient wasn't home to accept the flowers, they called me right away to find a solution (which ended up being a second delivery attempt the following day when I knew the recipient would be home).Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed. :)
