Will never visit this location again. A lady came to return her order . The staff took her food then put it back with the rest of the food they where going to sell it to the next person in line. I spoke up and they said what do you want us to do? I said through it out. Technically you should throw all the chicken out because you just contaminated it with putting that chicken in with it you don’t know if the lady did anything to it or even when she bought it? So gross imagine what they do when you can’t see if this is what they do with a restaurant full of customers.

Rude and dismissive staff the guy at counter was busy talking to other staff members about personal matters took him 5 minutes to take my order and seemed like I had disrupted something important, same guy takes his hat off and runs his fingers through his hair while wiping off sweat off his forehead then continues to handle the fries …. After a long wait got the food took it home and was Absolutely Disgusting!! The chicken smelled uncooked /rotten so just threw it out thanks for ruining my dinner Will Never eat here again , just pathetic !

TAKES FOREVER, when I get to the speaker they are never ready to take an order. When I go to order they always say the food is not available. It’s half hour till close so I understand you can’t have everything ready to go but every time I come I sit in this drive through for half an hour just to get basic tacos and it still latterly takes half an hour to get through this drive through. This is the 5th time coming and last. Shiattty service every time don’t waste your time or money. I drove to Wendy’s and was in and out in less then 4 minutes for 2 combos.

The worst food we got tonight, my daughter ordered a KFC FAMOUS Chicken , when we got home, she had a toothache with the first bite. Because the chicken inside the sandwich was with the chicken bones and skeleton. Old potatoes and popcorn were firm. We threw all the food in the trash. Unfortunately they were closed, I wanted to return it and ask if they eat this garbage themselves? I realy sorry for KFC

It's worth paying attention to the negative reviews here. We ordered a 14 piece family meal today. The chicken pieces had been cut into small chunks I'm guessing to maximize profits. We couldn't tell between thighs, legs or if there were even breasts amongst the 14". Pathetic. Some of the breading wasn't even cooked properly

What an experience. Ordered the following: 2 piece chicken combo, 2 soft shell tacos and 1 hard shell taco. It’s a good thing I ordered the tacos and those weren’t that great either. This review is for the chicken. The breast and leg I received were terrible. Inedible. The skin was charred and burnt, the inside didn’t even have a flavour as it was over taken by the burnt skin flavour. The manager gave us more chicken and two of the pieces he gave us were exactly the same, and went right where they belong. The garbage bin. Be mindful when you choose this location for your KFC. Decent customer service (like to be on the phone before you get your order off though) but the food is absolutely not fit for consumption.

On May 26, I visited the KFC restaurant located at in Richmond Hill. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. The following are the specific concerns I encountered during my visit:1. Health Condition: Upon entering the premises, I noticed several concerning factors that raised doubts about the restaurant's overall hygiene. The dining area appeared unclean, with tables and chairs displaying visible stains and crumbs.. These unsanitary conditions are unacceptable and compromise the well-being of both customers and employees.2. Poor Quality of Food: Regrettably, the quality of the food I received fell significantly below the expected standards of KFC. The accompanying sides were cold and unappetizing, and the overall taste was disappointing. As a loyal customer, I had higher expectations and was let down by this experience.3. Broken Soda Machine: To my dismay, the soda machine at the establishment was out of order during my visit. This inconvenience prevented me and other patrons from enjoying the full range of available options, negatively impacting our dining experience. Ensuring that equipment is functional and readily available is crucial to providing a satisfactory customer experience.4. Dirty Washroom: The condition of the washroom facilities was unsatisfactory. It was unclean, with noticeable dirt and unpleasant odors. Proper maintenance and regular cleaning of these facilities are essential to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for customers.

This location used to be managed very nicely 15 years ago. Now it is Disgusting and FILTHY!I wonder how unhygienic the food preparation is if they don’t even mop the floor and wipe the tables and clean the bathrooms.Who manages this branch?Does public health know about thestate of hygiene at this branch?Employees are also continuously and violently yelling at each other and they treat customers very poorly.I don’t recommend anyone dine at or take out food from this branch, especially not children.

Food was cold and dry. Haven’t ordered or dined in at this location for many months. Neither KFC or Taco Bell at this location are any good. I hope management will review quality control of this restaurant..
