The office staff and delivery guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the day the material was supposed to arrive it didn't and without a phone call notifying me that it wasn't coming that afternoon.Hey, mistakes can happen and fortunately I didn't have workers waiting.I would definitely buy from them again.

The customer service is friendly but not helpful. I went elsewhere for my roofing materials. You would think that a big corporation could move inventory from one branch to another. Hmm.

Top notch superior, professional, and courteous service, with a high level of attention to detail of their surroundings, making this area of town, a wonderful experience. They carry a huge selection of hardware product, safety and fall gear, hi-viz attire, gloves, tools, fittings, quality brooms, Canadian made hardwood handled shovels, coal scoops, etc and so forth. This great gem of an establishment is NOT just roofing shingles and supplies! Don't be fooled by what you do NOT see. Free coffee and water for patrons, lots to read, observe, and get educated about. If you're not needing roofing supplies, but you are needing tools, or workwear, hi-viz, pop in here! Also impressive is a local contractor business card board, where community like-minded tradespeople can advertise their trade. Clean, well merchandised, organized, and the absolute best crew of staff, top notch. I offer this review with over 3 years of experience as both a customer, and a fellow neighborhood occupier. Thank you, RoofMart folks, for all that you do, for not only North Bay, and the surrounding region, but as well for your community neighborhood; it's more than you know.
