I recently purchased a stationary bike from Rocky Mountain Fitness. They were great to deal with. Good selection, good prices, and excellent service. The branch manager, Scott was especially helpful. When I had a question about assembling the bike, he quickly texted me a photo of their floor model that answered my question. I highly recommend this company.

Kristy was very helpful, she took the time to show us how the treadmill worked and all of its features. She is knowledgeable, patient and thorough with all our questions. Delivery and set up was easy to Vernon and they even took our old machine. Would return to Kristy again for any of our other purchases.

Had a extremely wide variety of specialized equipment. Such as high end boxing equipment. Like professional speed bags , swivels and bag blatters. Stuff that is very hard to find. You always see low end junk. They had quality equipment that you could buy by the part. Which means they understand the sport. Knowing certain parts will go before the others. Allowing you to buy just what you need. Good job guys.

I built my dream home gym and the team at Rocky Mountain were amazing to deal with. A previous team member went above and beyond to get me what I wanted when I was assembling the equipment I needed, and the gentleman that helped me yesterday was also wicked. It's nice to know that anytime I go in there, the customer service is too notch. Cheers.

First time dealing with Rocky Mountain Fitness and I couldn't be happier. I walked in and was helped right away and found the perfect treadmill for walking only...using a slight incline only....and definitely within an affordable price range. I was even happy to pay a bit extra for delivery and set up which I'm glad I did because it was so worth it. The guys were on time, respectful and courteous.Five out of five stars for customer service - thank you!!

What great customer service! We had great experience buying our Max trainer M8 at this location a couple years ago. Love the M8!Now that we need to transport it, I phoned Rocky Mountain fitness to make sure no extra precautions need to be taken during the move. Kristie was upbeat and happy to help. We decided to upgrade our home gym equipment this year and went to Rocky Mountain Fitness to check out the Inspire FT1 which we had reviewed on their website. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Rob was able to answer all of our questions and demonstrated how the equipment worked. He then showed us the Inspire FT2 which provided more options for us. We ended up purchasing the FT2. We had run into a road block upon assembly and the customer service Rob provided after our purchase was just as good as it was before our purchase. We have dealt with Rocky Mountain for most of our home gym equipment and the service has always been what brings us back.Thanks again Rob!!
