Heartless! I was getting treatment done and before my last session they fired the tech I was working with. The person they let go made me feel comfortable going there as I am very sensitive about my body image. After I refused further treatment because they don't have anyone there I feel comfortable working with they told me that I could not have my money back and think they can bully me into taking my clothes off in front of someone I don't trust.

I was unsure about the whole process before my initial consultation. I met with Leah and she was so easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and concerns without feeling pressured at all. I booked my first treatment shortly after and every visit was so easy and I looked forward to every single one. Leah let me know what was happening during every step, was very thorough and made sure my comfort was key.It was very shortly after my first treatment that people started commenting on my skin. I noticed how glowy it had become and how rejuvenated it looked. I had compliments on how great my skin looked from absolute strangers, that's how much I was noticing the difference the treatment was making.I haven't had my final follow up appointment yet but I am looking so forward to seeing the before and after pictures because I know I will be pleased with the progress.Very thankful I booked my consultation and started this process because it has been such a positive experience and I'm thrilled with the results so far. Thank you Leah for being such a joy and for walking me through the whole process.

I had great experience at Body Works Med Spa & Wellness! The staff were very welcoming. I saw Kaylee for my treatments and she was very knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process!

The staff at Body Works are so competent and friendly. I had EmTone treatments with Leah. She made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions. The results were excellent. My skin is smoother and toned.

I only have good things to say about my experience at Body Works. It was fantastic from my consultation to my last session, staff and location included. Leah was excellent, displaying great knowledge and professionalism, which relaxed me during all procedures. I can’t rave enough on what a wonderful place this is! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy! I did the Emsella treatment and it’s changed my life ! It really works ! All the staff are so friendly and amazing . Alex made me so comfortable every time and it made the treatment time go so fast. The spa is immaculate clean I can not recommend Catherine and her fabulous team enough .. the downside is I miss seeing the girls now that my treatment is finished!

Bodyworks was such a helpful tool for me postpartum, offering services and consultation to help optimize my postpartum recovery. I was gifted the experience of Core-to-Floor therapy which helped me in several regards. Initially, it really helped reduce my pain postpartum. It later helped me continue with heavy weightlifting confidently. The staff are so welcoming. Leah and Alix were caring and knowledgeable, and they were eager to answer all of my questions with each treatment!

I was very pleased with my results after 4 EmsculptNeo treatments on the sides of my waist ( Emsculpt Edge). In hindsight I would’ve opted to do 6 treatments to see even better results. The staff are lovely, friendly, and very accommodating when I had to rearrange appointments, which happened a fair bit.Leah was always upbeat and encouraging while I went through my series of treatments. She explained and outlined what to expect all through the course of treatments. I’ll treat more areas in the future with Emsculpt!

I highly recommend body works! The staff are just lovely. I looked forward going to my appointments every week. I had my sessions with Leah who’s just great. Leah made me so comfortable and made sure all my questions were answered and gave me clear instructions on what to do in order to notice results. I had to bring my baby with me to my appointments since I had no one to watch him, and Leah was so great with checking in on us during my sessions. I loved how Body Works didn’t mind me bringing my baby! This helped me get the treatment I needed postpartum.As for the service, I noticed results pretty quickly. My obliques were more defined by the time my package ended and I’m excited to see the final results the next time I visit for my before & after.
