I would like to register that I had the best service I could ask for, and this is in any kind of service. I went to this post office to send my wedding ring for an exchange, and as this has an emotional value, I was very concerned about to send it by a post. So, I was served by an amazing employee, Noémie. She was very patient answering a thousand of questions I had. She remained calm, patient, and lovely reassuring me what was the best decision to take. I followed her advice, and everything went well. I totally recommend this place, and hope all the other employees have the same kind of service as Noémie!

They actually have your packages and keep them safe! Ohh they may be a little late, or not processed but believe me folks that is 100% preferable to these other delivery companies who straight up will not deliver your goods, and whose warehouse is across town and customer service is non existent. Feel blessed that we have a company who is so accessible and who take responsibility for your packages and in nearly all cases you will get your package. In a perfect world I would give them 4 stars, but in this nightmare of a delivery world they are king.

(See edit 12 days later and 2 new pictures)2022-02-01:Already closed at 8pm when it says it closes at 9pm (on Google and Canada Post website). I understand the lack of employees struggle, but please modify your advertised opening hours if you are closing earlier so we don’t go for nothing.Edit:12 days later, the only place where you can find the new hours is inside the store, because the best time to find out it closes earlier is once you’re at the counter rather than before you leave your house…Please, please think of your clients a little more and adjust your advertised hours everywhere.(Taking a star out for this and adding 2 more photos.)
