Interchange Financial Currency Exchange

The employee who was working on the phone was so rude and very impatient and unprofessional. I called them today and the lady who picked up the phone was very rude and I had to tell her to calm down and be nice. She gave me very low rate for account to account. The rate on the web was 1.364 but she gave me 1.341. I had to called back and the employee working on the phone just put me on hold for very long time. I called back and asked to speak to the supervisor and the man named Sam put me on hold again without any explanation, then I called back fourth time. He told me I was rude and everybody in his company felt difficult to deal with me and they refused to help me anymore without giving me any time to say anything. I even had no idea what happened and what was going on over there. I have been doing the currency exchange with them over two years and today they had given me a big lie. I called back after a while and wanted to find out what was going on and asked for the proof that he said I was being rude. He said he did not need to prove anything because he knew me. I was so shocked because I did not know him. They gave me very terrible experience and even lied to me because no one ever said I was rude before and I tried to be nice to the lady working on the phone every time when she spoke rudely and impatient. Is there anything they can do to correct their mistake and take the responsibility of being rude and lie to the customer?This is why the customer service can treat the customer in a very rude way. In this company, no one cares about customers. They kept pushing customers to do what they said, otherwise, they would kick the customer out of the service. Even I had explained a lot of times why I wanted the current option and they just did not care. The employees kept yelling at me and I had asked a couple of times that I wanted to talk to the supervisor and the answer was no. Who is the aggressive one? Who is the liar?

What a perfect example of efficient customer service this company is. I came here after having a really lame experience with CIBC. I had 1200 Czech Crowns I wanted to turn into Canadian dollars. Great company! Decent rates for cash at approx. 1.5% fee (.5-.9% for online but it takes 4 days) but it's instant and readily available. If you want to take out cash fast, this is by far the best place to go. No need to place a cash order, just call the day of and pickup the cash.
