OutSpokin Bike Shop

A couple of weeks ago, whilst over to visit my daughter and partner in Victoria, this Brit who had not been on a bike for 45 years or so, decided to ebike on the Island. Well the service was relaxed and very informative. Nothing was too much trouble and I was not hurried at all whilst I did circuits of the car park to get used to the bike. Hope to visit again next year and we have all decided that this is something we will do again.

Bought my first ever trail bike from Sean ! Very pleased with my experience! I’m from the lower main land and he offered to meet my at the Nanaimo ferry terminal. He made picking up my bike easy and hassle free. The bike came assembled and provided me with all the information to keep my bike in top top shape this riding season! Highly recommend this local bike shop!

Had a problem with my new bike I bought somewhere else. Outspokin was there to help me, super great service, on a bike they didn’t even sell me! The service here is excellent. I’m new to the island. The kind men of Outspokin have now serviced my road bike and my cargo bike with great results, and at a fair price. They’ve also provided me with sound advice to help me keep these bikes in working order, and to keep me safe on the local roads. I can’t recommend them enough.

Very nice and helpful people at Outspokin' bike shop! The service was excellent!! They showed my friend and I a spot to practice the e-bike and when it wasn't working out for me who is not super comfortable on a bike they reimbursed us in full and even explained to us where to catch the bus instead! Will definitely come back once I'm more comfortable biking and would highly recommend !!

Extremely pleased with the service received today by Outspoken staff. My derailers were out of alignment and they quickly got my road bike in this morning - adjusted and lubricated the derailers, replaced a cable and had me on the road in time to do the south island loop. The biked performed very well.Very appreciative!

I've been thinking about an E-Bike for several years but was having a tough time deciding which one. There are a lot of choices, and although several of my friends had already purchased, I couldn't seem to find the right fit for me. We have a cottage on Salt Spring and I decided to go into Outspoken to see what they had. Sean and his staff were extremely helpful and patient, going above and beyond the service required. They helped break it down and figured out the best bikes for me. I returned 3 times to try 2 different bikes. I finally decided on the Specialized Como and could not be more thrilled with my purchase. I got a great deal, never felt any pressure at all, and highly recommend this shop for whatever your needs are.

Legendary service! I was bikepacking and needed to do some quick repair work. Just needed some tools and parts to do it myself and they were so busy that day, but all the techs popped over with advice and expertise. Saved my trip!
