Sad I won't be in town anymore because this location was great! Manager looked into something for me and called the next day to let me know the answer. This Fit4Less location is worth getting the upgraded membership

Great gym! Staff members are amazing and management is great. The morning manager is the nicest person and always has a smile on his face. Staff also keep on top of cleaning.

Amazing gym as a black card holder- kind staff, obviously easy access at any time!I test stripped the sani spray- pending the time of day it was 60% neutralIn my experience it means they need to re-concentrate the active ingredient... additionally it only works on direct contact so spraying the brown paper towel and then wiping is almost doing nothing.I think members would pay and extra .05$ to have alcohol germ wipes!Where there is a corner, there is a cob web.The mats have food, hair, dirt, rocks in them.Cleanliness and sanitary wise- YickAffordability and services- Top Notch!

ancient unmaintained facility(fresh paint only), showers always closed, no overnight night staff so there is no showers or tanning available outside of day shift, that is if the staff shows up.***Edit*** owner is to cheap to hire late night staff for over minimum wage so now members who work afternoons or nights can not get full use of the VIP membership they pay for. Also still haven't gotten the my gym bag for my VIP membership (probably because how cheap the owner is).

Super clean, spacious, and lots of covid precautions set in place. Great customer service as well.

Well, I figured out the hard way what the 'less' was - no showers unless there is staff in the building. Seems a bit silly. They should have better signage and be way more explicit on sign up - BIG LETTERS - make it obvious. I'll find a way to work around it, but very surprising at 645 one morning this week. Other than that, seems like an OK place.

Within a week 3 x there was no staff in the evening hours !? I am going to this gym 5-6 times a week to work out and a main reason is also to use the hydro massage . If there is no staff , the massage beds ,massage chairs are not accessible!? The club is advertising black card membership with “unlimited use “ of massage beds and chairs ?!!It is NOT DONE with simply placing a statement on the counter that the club is “currently unstaffed because of staff shortages “…..maybe you should pay the employees a decent wage so you would have people there when you advertise “staffed hours “! Extremely disappointed unless this changes asap I might think about leaving the club !

Love this club! Scott and Erin, the managers, know their job like it's the back of their hands. They support local businesses which is always important to me. The lifting platform helps my powerlifting and Olympic lifts. The turf zone with sleds are epic for my conditioning, and the tire outside is BALLIN! The people that goto the gym are very supportive and encouraging and it's so large that it's never crowded. Very happy this size of a gym would be in Stratford and I wish more people would give it a try. I wouldn't go to any other commercial gym in the area because this is worth the cost 100%, which honestly is nothing compared to what you get at the other commercial gyms.
