What a shame that the Cranbrook management can't review and respond to their own reviews. Liked it so much better back in the day when radio shack was around. Times change I guess so much easier to shop online now

I shopped at The Source on Sunday, May 28th for a battery for my car key fob. The service I received from the salesclerk, Gillian, was absolutely outstanding. Both she and her manager went out of their way to help me in every way they could; Gillian found the last battery they had of the type I needed, and installed it in my key fob for me. It was a thoroughly pleasant experience and they are both to be complimented on their excellent service.

We bought a new tv and had trouble booking up an adaptor to listen with headphones. A very polite and very helpful young man helped me several times over the span of a few days until our issue was resolved. Broxton I believe was his name! Thank you!

The young lady who helped me was great, although the whole time she was helping me there was another staff member standing there trying to make personal conversation with her, she had to speak over him to me a few times.

Went in with a microphone cable asking for an adapter to connect it to my phone. Got one from an exceptionally friendly staff member. Asked if I could return the product if it didnwork. Absolutely" came the reply. The item didn't work but staff didn't want to take it back because the package was opened. How does one try things without opening the package? I persuaded them to refund my money but both staff were quite perterbed. This is why people shop Amazon. Zero hassle. Fully on customers side."
