Kollin Branicki and his crew at Santec Commercial Cleaning do wonderful work. I’ve used them at my Physiotherapy clinic to do weekly cleaning, wax our tile floors and clean our carpet. I hired his company as the previous cleaners were not thorough and would miss cleaning under our beds, chairs and along the baseboards. After Santec’s first cleaning, the difference was clear and it was evident what a proper and detailed cleaning should be. Kollin is very conscientious about the quality of his work and always ensures that I am always satisfied with the work done. Recently he cleaned our carpets, but in a couple of areas our carpets are old and have lost their glue backing and therefore it was very difficult to clean. He was more than happy to return and clear up some of these stubborn spots. He is also very flexible and is willing to work with the schedule of the clinic. I strongly recommend using Kollin and Santec Cleaning if you need your business cleaned.
