Always able to find a great deal in their auctions. Staff are always friendly during the pick up process. Just used them as a consignment seller for some extra stuff we had from our move. Absolutely great to deal with. Fees are very reasonable compared to other auction houses. Highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service from the ladies, I questioned a purchased and they laughed at me , snickered the whole time and went into legal jargon immediately, be aware all your purchases are charged HST (on used already tax paid purchases) such a shame they were always so nice previously. I will not use their service again.
