Bishop's Outdoor Living Abbotsford

Bought some patio furniture and a fire pit from Bishops last week over the phone as we were negotiating a price and I had to pick people up at airport. They called me with a price that I agreed to and they charged my visa $6300. I told Kari the sales woman I was very pleased with the price and she said she explained to Randy I was a repeat customer and he gave me a good deal. I said we would be back in a few hours to pick up the furniture. An hour later I get a call from Catherine who says there is no way they can sell me the furniture at that price. I said you already charged my visa, it's a done deal. She said absolutely no way can they sell me that furniture for less than $8400. She said Kari made a mistake on the pricing. I told her that her husband Randy was the one who gave me the deal!!!! She said there was no way they were selling me the furniture as it wasn't approved by her and they reimbursed my visa- ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. REGARDLESS OF COST OR LOSS THEY SHOULD HAVE HONOURED THE PRICE THEY SOLD ME THE FURNITURE AT.......

Phenomenal company. Bought my Spa here and anytime i've had a problem which is few they have been more then willing to answer all questions or even make service calls if required to my home. Cody is the best! I highly recommend to anyone in the market to check these guys out.

Store has such beautiful furniture, and Taylor was so helpful with selection, style and point me in the right direction. She was great and I completely trusted her advice. Recommend checking great pieces they offer!Definitely looking forward to the next pieces I'm planning on getting for my condo. Tons of great decor available!

We have bought A LOT of their products from our most recent purchase of a hot tub, to a barbecue, fireplaces and furniture. Never had an issue. Randy is a great guy to deal with, and Cody is the best! Recommend them anytime.

Went to the store today and so impressed with their selection. No pressure sales staff! We purchased a beautiful patio sectional from them last year and we love it! Excellent quality of both cushions and the frame. Also had it delivered and they were respectful and even offered to set it up for us as there were connecting pieces. Would definitely purchase from Bishop's again.

Purchased a hot tub and felt the service had been very strong. However, once it came to arrival and delivery it all fell apart. They stopped calling us and we had to chase them to get a return call. When we did talk they gave us conflicting ETAs for the tub. We waited much longer than originally told which is fine when it gets communicated proactively. Then they quoted us conflicting delivery prices. Shady. NOT impressed with their level of customer care. Won’t be returning or supporting this business again.

Awesome place for anything backyard. The staff is amazing and friendly and always ready to answer all your questions. Everything they have is quality so you are paying for the best that will last the longest.

Needed to purchase a circ pump to replace a failed one. Cody was awesome at helping me get the right one, and he made sure we had a plan B" in case we ran into trouble (we live a few hours from the store). Fair prices and awesome service - definitely recommend this store!"

Very frustrating to deal with this store. One of the employees is really good, knowledgeable, and helpful. But when she's there, she's (understandably) very busy. The others are just hopeless. Today I went in to get some chemicals, get a new filter, and book an appointment for somebody to come out and start the process of replacing the pump & heater system for our hot tub. We been told by the person who last serviced our tub that we could get that done for about $1000.Maybe it was because it was Monday. Maybe it was because it was close to closing time. But it was, Filter? Chlorine? Chemicals? Amaze Plus? Water? Why would we have asked you to bring in water to be tested? You're in Abbotsford

Bought a Hot tub and had an unexpected warranty Issue. Cody came over with the parts and fixed it up within a couple of days all covered by warranty. I really appreciated the fast response and much improved communication.
