MINT VISION

I love my glasses from Mint Vision. They are Kate Spade, simple with a little turquoise on the arms. The Team at Mint Vision helped me select them – so many to choose from! I need progressive lenses and when I received the finished glasses, they fit perfectly and were easy on my eyes. I also have sunglasses from Mint Vision and they are a pleasure to wear. The owner is knowledgeable and the turn-around time was short.

The best glasses I ever had. Thank you MintVision. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for prescription glasses, contact lenses, sports glasses or vision test.

Update: After I changed my opinion about the frames I chose, I returned to the store and the manager offered to switch the frames for another pair that I liked. He incurred the cost of the lenses and I simply paid the difference between the two frames. I cannot express how pleased I was with his actions. This is a place to go for amazing customer service; they truly care about your business. For this reason (and, also, from what I mentioned in my original review) I must rate this business 5/5 stars. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pair of glasses.Large selection of frames and a nice large, clean establishment. They seemed to recognize that I was a customer from 2 years prior, so that was a nice touch to the customer service experience.

I highly recommend this optical store. It is a beautiful store and they have a large selection of glasses to choose from. The owner is very very nice. He went out of his way to ensure that my glasses were perfect in every way. I look forward to shopping at Mint Vision again in the future for all of my eye wear.

Just had the MOST amazing experience at this location in Oakville. His name is Dr. Howell (?), he is a young and up and coming GREAT Optometrist. He went that extra mile for me, he cared, he honestly listened to my concerns, he knew exactly what I was complaining about. You will feel like you are a SOMEBODY after your testing. That doesn’t happen anymore, BUT this wonderful Doctor has brought Customer Service back. I am a Senior and I would recommend this young Doctor to EVERYONE, young and old, and the Manager Harmeet, also goes out of his way. A real TEAM.

I first began using Mint Vision for myself in October 2015. I had an eye exam and chose a beautiful pair of frames from a large selection of frames...the customer service that I received was wonderful. The glasses were ready quickly and were professionally fit. Since then, my family and friends use Mint Vision as well. It’s one stop shopping.... My most recent experience with Mint Vision was last week when I had an eye exam and chose another pair of frames. I received the same excellent customer service that I have grown to appreciate.

I can not stress enough just how happy I am with the service from MINTVision.I had broken my glasses and needed new ones ASAP! Within less than 24 hours I got my NEW lens and frame!!!! JUST in time for Christmas!Wonderful people and service!! I can not recommend enough :)

These people have truly earned my business. I'm not sure why I spend so much time going to malls for my glasses needs when this store was around the corner and provide better customer service and offer higher quality service and products. I wish I would have asked for his name, but as for the gentleman that serviced us, you can truly see he takes great care and pride in his work. From the way he handles your glasses and how thorough and detailed he is with everything, just overall very impressed. Optometrist is super friendly and professional too, my wife loved her.Do not hesitate to come here.
