I recently had an appraisal done for my home.I’m very disappointed with this company and do not understand how they can justify their appraisal value on my home.First I was asked to make payment of 395.00. Then got another email asking for an additional payment of 124.00 due to my home being an executive property. I called the company and was told that because of the area and size of home and it be over 1 million it is considered an executive home. I said it’s 2300 sq feet. How is that considered an executive home. I made the additional payment. Two years ago my home was appraised at 1,200,000. The current appraisal came in at 1,020,000. How is this possible? I feel they under valued my home. I should have chosen an appraisal company I used before rather than Reliable that was recommended by Scotiabank. I do not recommend this company.

The team at Reliable Appraisal Services is the best team I have encountered in all my years of service. The provide spot on advice, look out for the client and give service at an unprecedented speed. The Management team is always available for discussions and support, and i could not be happier.

Please don't go with these appraisers. Their work is very poor. And they share the confidential info with opposite parties when you do for Divorces. I asked them to do the different year and they changed for it , after share my info with other side then only do for the one years only. They do not wanted do for the other year or refund my money. For the initial payment, they contact me many times to lock the payment before COVID 19 in March 2020 because they know the impact of business from their back home China. They have English names for their business but all are from China. Now I sent about 100s of emails, so far they are not responding to refund for the undo work or redo for the missed appraisal for the year. Please do not waste $$$ money and time with these guys and organization. I will post the emails copy later in pictures.
