We made an agreement through the builder to install 4 security cameras and a monitor plus 5 years monitoring at 45 per monthThey got paid 3600 for the system in full.They got paid all the monthly monitoring chargesStill They just fixed the dvr system but still refused to install the fourth cameraInstead they offer us 250 dollars put for the 3600 or 3700 they got paid in full back 2015. Give me a breakThey got the guts to ask for their monthly payments and damaged our property from Inside trying to find the cable for the camera.Do not buy any security system or any other service Through the builder they are scammers, builder already got paid 40% at least commission, what a service we have got!!!
