I'd give 0 stars if I could. The receptionists couldn't answer a simple question, the lab tech couldn't either. My daughter was told I'm going to swab 5 times on one side then 5 times on the other" proceeded to swab 10-15 times per side....I mean why even bother saying a number? Just do it at that point.I've been calling all day to get my results because apparently my lawyer can't open the file they sent him

People are nice and professional.However facility has insufficient washrooms.It’s a busy place.Please build at least two more, one on each side. Really bad.Always waiting.People knocking all the time.Please get a lock that shows status.

I've been here 4 times for bloodwork and every Lab Tech I've had has been extremely proficient at their job. Never had a problem finding my veins & they aren't visible at all. All done by feel. I've had terrible experiences at other places and have had them fish" for a vein. The Techs here have always been very busy whenever I've come in. That being said

They seem to be good regarding the lab work; however if you need to call them for any reason, good luck getting them to answer the phone. It’s almost as if they auto disconnect after about 20 rings. I even called their head office and the person there also could not get them to answer on a non-published line. They have no capacity for call backs or leaving messages.

One of the Filipino receptionist is flat out despicable. Rude to elders, rude to people with disabilities, doesn’t greet anyone, talks in their native language loudly. I thought it was just me and my wife who got disrespected, but i observed how they treated other clients while we’re waiting and witnessed the same. The way she treated people who have cognition or hearing problem is beyond acceptable with no hint of good manners. The other staff were ok, like the lab team, they were professional. But hearing and seeing that receptionist leaves a bitter taste and really makes the whole experience unpleasant.

There’s a gym next door and the thumping music is incredibly annoying. It’s hard enough to hear your name being called when it’s busy - the landlords that put a gym next to a dynacare lab should consider the volume of music. If you have a lengthy lab work requirement, consider another location. The staff is always fast and friendly here.

They need to accommodate people's hearing-related disabilities. Couldn't hear my name being called.Also the layout of this location is very poorly suited to its purpose. There should be more than one door for entry/exit, the waiting area should be larger, and the reception area should be redesigned for less confusing check-in/intake

No one likes going for blood rests. Dynacare Labs on Sterling Lyon Parkway, zcross from Ikea, makes it easy. While walk-ins are accepted, tou csn book an appointment on-line. This makes those early morning fasting" blood tests go much more smoothly. This is a busy lab
