We switched to Delmar over 5 years ago and the professionals at Delmar made it much easier than I expected. They are the very best that I have ever used. Vishal Chouhan who handled our account at the beginning is very knowledgeable and was always available with answers to my questions. If there was an issue for which he did not immediately have the answer, he would get back to me in a very timely fashion, usually the same day. Now that his new position requires him to sometimes be away from the office, Adnan Das and Justin Chin have been providing the same level of professional service.We also started using Delmar as our customs broker soon after we started using their freight services and this also turned out to be a very positive experience. If you want to deal with 20 people, pay 50-60% more than other freight / brokers, not being helped or notify of any problem, and get more charges by the minute this is the right place to go!Terrible experience. Next time will go to a smaller company that will work harder for my money and do a decent job. DELMAR IS TOO BIG TO CARE ABOUT YOU.

Delmar has been a good brokerage company to work with. A few hiccup's along the way but our account manager was always very quick to address any problems. The staff at all levels respond to any questions or concerns within minutes, not days. Your shipments are well take care of from start to finish!
